Beyond impressed! We ordered a bouquet for a friend, though EA called to arrange a different schedule day for the drop off. They ended up being able to change the address, and time window for the delivery within 3 hours. You made this lovely friends day... and ours! Way to go. <3

The arrangement I received is lovely…but I wished they would use delivery drivers that were a bit more considerate. Sometimes these arrangements are sent in times of grief and hardship. I was just getting my toddler down to nap when my doorbell ran and proceeded to ring incessantly when I didn’t answer the first time. I’ve recently given birth and was physically unable to race out of my child’s room down the stairs to answer my door and stop my dog from barking while the doorbell was being rang repeatedly. When he returned after I received a call to confirm I was home, I apologized to the driver and was about to explain the situation but he just plunked the arrangement in my hands and left without any acknowledgment of my presence. The experience soured the kindness I should have felt when receiving this.

I ordered a last minute / same-day delivery of a larger treat bundle. Staff over the phone was very helpful and polite, and they assured me the fruit bouquet could be made and delivered that day. Everything was as promised! The bundle was beautiful and (I was told) absolutely delicious!Thank you Jasper Ave team, you made my dads day!

The manager/owner is an @$$h0le. The way the one lady, who is the manager, and a man who seems to be her boss (possibly store owner??) speak to their staff is degrading and awful. The seem to have no respect or appreciation for their employees, and it makes me ashamed. Due to this not only will I not give them my business, but I discourage you from giving it to them as well. If you do decide to visit this establishment, be extra kind to the staff, tell them you appreciate them and that they are doing a good job, because I’m sure those will be the kindest words they will receive while under that roof. How distasteful.

Awesome Service! It's above beyond my expectation, I ordered a chocolate dipped fruit box for a friends Birthday, got a phone call from Kera (might be the wrong name sorry), she said the driver called my friend but she didn't answer. I told her just to leave the gift box at the front door. Kera said they could do that but the weather would be too warm, the chocolate may melt. She said that she could ask the driver to take it back to the store until my friend call them back, then they will deliver to her again! She wouldn't mind to do all the extra work just to ensure my friend will get the fruit box as fresh as it can be. What a beyond impress!! Turned out my friend was in the basement so didn't hear the door bell, but as soon as I texted her, she came out and got the gift box from the driver. :) What Kera did was exactly what customer wanted, she treated customers with a big heart, offering options with flexibility, her excellent service should be given more than 5 stars!!!

Awesome place to deal with and the Rep, Sage, was fantastic. I was able to get my order in and delivered same day. AND QUICKLY! My Fiance was ecstatic to receive what was delivered and I look like the perfect partner.10/10

It was a bad experience, the wrong product was delivered when we called to ask for it be be fixed we were told that the website says if they are out of stock then they can send apparently what ever they want. Most companies web sites will let you know if something is out of stock. This is 2022 we should be able to have effective websites at this point. I would have understood had they even apologized over the phone but that was not the case. I have been using them 4 times a year for the last 5 years and feel like our concerns were ignored. I will no long be a repeat customer for them as this company does not deserve my money. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Had a last minute out of town delivery that they accommodated in less than three hours. Customer service was incredible, I had to call twice for separate reasons and the representative who answered was patient, kind and helpful. Honestly, thank you so much for your help today!

I received a surprise delivery from from family December 20th. It was ordered through this location. Only to realize that the chocolate they added in the order was expired !! Like since July !! I fail to see how they could not have noticed this for months !! Not to mention the fact that their automated system keeps you in a loop if you accidentally call after hours. I’m totally disgusted! I called and brought the expired chocolate to their attention. All they offered was a refund to the person who placed the order. I’ll give them the plus of contacting my family immediately to issue the refund . Other than that ? Yeah NO !
