Vancouver Whitecaps FC Team Store

Went in to buy some souvenirs for my nephews, the two employees that were there (Bailey and Nick) were very helpful! If you're a white caps fan or have someone at home that is I suggest stopping in! I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Friendly staff and good selection. You will find more selection at the Whitecaps games than here however. But if you are looking for a custom kit, this is the place to go.

Really good customer service and great supply of merchandise! Ended up getting help from plenty of staff with what I was looking for! Staff member Bailey was extremely helpful! Highly recommend the store and how nice the staff is here!

Great service, love their selection. The line went quickly. We were not happy that the shirt we bought showed on the tag that it was a lower price then what we were charged. We pointed it out and they reduced the price but still not to what it showed on the recipe. Next time we will check our receipt right away, not when we got home.

Walked in looked around. Tried to look for sizes and realized if this employee isn’t interested enough to speak there might be a better place to spend my new Canadian bucks.Really nice store and merchandise. I really dislike feeling like a bother shopping.

I went here to get a whitecaps jersey as it's hard for me to find one back home in the UK. Unfortunately no cash is accepted I only found out when I went to pay. I assume this is due to covid however the employee wasn't wearing a mask but I couldn't pay cash? Only noticed a very small sign in the window as u was leaving saying contact less payments only, very easy to miss (which I obviously did). Very disappointing as I get charged for using my card abroad hence why I only have cash.

I'm giving this a 1 star...let me explain.It's customer service I'm reviewing in terms of email. I sent an email about certain products I would like to order and have yet to receive as response. As I don't not live in Vancouver or the Province of British Columbia, I'm was hoping to place an order as I have family citing for a few days and they would be willing to pick up. Also, the Website has such limited products I'm not even sure what this store actually offers in products. The MLS website shoes more products then the actual Whitecaps so. I wish this was operated with more transparency. Back to ordering through third party.

Horrible experience.Website hours weren’t correct. Time was wasted.I emailed about purchasing a gift card. No reply for over a week.Went in person to be told they don’t do GC but I can find a third party that will be similar, but different. Cannot even do an electronic card through them.And why didn’t I get a response to my email? Their email has been down for 3-4 months so oops. Seriously. The employee was pleasant but honestly couldn’t care less and was not solution oriented. How does a modern business not have email - for months?Anyhow this was an entire waste of my time and effort - and I am left without a gift for the whitecaps fan in my life as I couldn’t bring myself to browse the store after this fiasco.
