During my return motorcycle trip from Alaska, I urgently needed a rear tire if I was to make it home to Kelowna, some 650 kms. away. I called the day earlier from Smithers and spoke with service manager Harley McKinley who advised he had a tire my size and he would fit me in for a tire change on an emergency basis.When we arrived at the dealership, the tire Harley had was not suitable for my motorcycle but he did have one but was sold to a customer / friend. Due to the emergency situation, Harley mounted this tire on my motorcycle and will have a replacement for his friend shipped in the following day.Prince George Motorsports is fortunate to have an employee like Harley who goes out of his way to assist motorcyclist with urgent tire replacement. Harley advised the roads up to Anchorage and various parts of Alaska are very hard on motorcycle tires and his dealership is aware of this as emergency tire replacements continue on a regular basis throughout the summer riding season.I also took the opportunity to look around and found this dealership is clean, well organized and has a full range of top brand riding gear and helmets if you are looking for such things.I would give six stars for this Dealership if I could. Amazing job! Was headed home to Colorado and they got me in to do fork seals on my super tannery within a day! Started installing them before the shop even opened! Two hours later I’m back on the road! I highly recommend this Yamaha shop, Five stars!

I stopped in during my cross country travels starting in Las Vegas regarding service on my Tenere sidecar rig. I was given an estimated cost that was very reasonable by a very helpful woman at the service desk. Service technician Andrew reviewed the possible options, fixed the problem and I was on my way. The customer sevice was outstanding. I was offered water, and had a great conversation about my travels. Thank you

Riding from Europe on a long tour through North and Central America, I needed help for my motorbike in the city of Prince George, Canada. Good thing Mr. Harley" was there: competent and quick help.
