I don't mean to ding the ratings for this store, but I have no way to get in touch with anyone for my online order.16 days since I placed my order!!No way to cancel an order and ridiculous wait times to speak to someone. Emails sent out are met with a standard response, uh oh, we don't have anyone monitoring this inbox.Product: 5 stars.Logistics and customer service: 0I rather walk into a store than wait indefinitely.Please issue a refund if you can't ship it to me by 13 Jan.

Used to love coming here for their to-go drinks, particularly vanilla matcha, but now they only have a couple options for you to take a cup to go. Im not sure if this was a result of the pandemic to reduce the amount of tins being opened everyday, but it is a drawback for me as I don’t like most of their other teas so I haven’t been going as much anymore. If you want loose tea that isn’t available as a to-go option that day, you’ll have to buy a package of it.

Absolutely loved the tea of the day today. Usually a T.Kettle guy (as I work there) but your crazy big product line and fruitful (aswell as fruity) tea wall draws me in every time. Fantastic customer service from the adorable red haired woman. I will definetly be back!

I had a wonderful experience coming here for the very first time, getting a large cup of very cherry iced tea for only around 3.50 and two boxes with interesting flavors of tea (especially the white dragonfruit tea) for exactly $9 each. Their prices are even cheaper than Second Cup, substantially cheaper than Starbucks or any bubble tea shop and on par with Tim Horton’s, but you get more value for your money :) Will definitely come back for their tea of the day for only $2!

So this is in no way a review of the rideau location but rather the absolutely terrible customer service by David's tea as a whole around orders placed in December.I placed mine early December as a gift for a friend assuming it would arrive by the 12th!Well it's Jan 3 and still no order, no email update advising on the status other than...order awaiting carrier pick up.Seriously disappointed by the lack of customer experience. I get it...it's busy..You had an unexpected rush from a promo you launched during the busiest season BUT prepare yourself to communicate better eith customers so we don't feel like our order is lost and not even going to make it to it's destination.

Felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter, there was a huge line up of people looking for iced drinks and she was left to do everything alone because her manager was in meetings. Great service despite the long waits, but shockingly bad management.

First time ordering from David’s tea and had a very bad experience. Placed order on Nov 30th, 2022. Had my order partially shipped Dec 18. The rest of my order still haven’t arrived and it’s Feb 15 2023. Called number for customer service on website and no one picks up. Either ship the items or give refund.

I have been calling and calling after 10 minutes they hang up. Tried the online chat and nothing. Does anyone work for this company. It has been 3 days of trying to contact them. My tea pot arrived broken and I am looking them to replace. Not Happy

Decent yea, but huge lineups with barely any workers who take their sweet time getting the tea. I got a smallish tin of tea today, and it was like 30$!!!! For a ton that will barely last a month, that's incredibly expensive. Please lower your prices.

First time ever ordering from Davids Tea Jan 2/23. I ordered 5 boxes of tea, only received 3 boxes. I have been trying constantly since then to get a hold of customer service. I am on hold for 10 mins and no one ever calls back. WORST customer service ever, cannot even speak to anyone. Will never order from them again.
