Get Home Safe Designated Drivers

Quoted me $2 a km on the phone and charged me almost double when I got to the location. Changed the amount and was speeding the entire way. Would of been safer driving home drunk. Paid for an unsafe ride and got charged double in the end.

The drivers are very professional and friendly. Would definitely recomend this service! They were punctual and made sure we felt safe the whole ride home.

Great driver but in the end I was priced almost double what I was originally quoted because of wait time of $2 per minute. Had I known there was a charge of this amount I would of cancelled and paid the $55 cancelation fee and booked another driver for $100. Ended up paying $235. I wouldn't recommend this driving service because of this pricing which is never disclosed until the end.

Changed star rating based on owners attitude from 1 star to 3 Edit- Please consider a discontinue in your cancellation fee Customers are complaining about the cancellation fees we don't understand why customers come to us with these complaints but they do for perhap's it's because the other companies are not returning cancellation fees (not that they should be charged anyway) to customers who are wrongfully charged or maybe it would be better if no one charge cancellation fees at all but I guess now it's just about making a quick Buck instead of the real core value of the service of making sure people get home safe. Not the first time a customer has told me about these guys it probably won't be the last but don't worry they'll get all their friends to give them fake 5 Star reviews to make them look good.

Drivers repeatedly use their cell phones while driving, in addition to speeding.I do not recommend using this service, as even their management staff turn a blind eye to infractions.

Great experience. Very professional. Had my dog in my vehicle and informed them before they arrived and they made sure their driver was dog friendly and my dog loved him.
