The pastries are so delicious. You can’t go to Port Perry without trying one of their goodie’s. My husband’s favourite is the chocolate lemon donut. I love their pies, tea biscuits, and butter tarts along with their doughnuts. It is takeout and always a nice treat to bring home.

Hank's Pastries makes what is probably the best donuts in all of Durham! My personal favourite is the butter tart donut, close second the freshly baked (and massive) apple fritter. The butter tarts and bread are also fantastic, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.

Heard so much good things about this place and love the exterior of it!I got an apple fritter since I saw it's like the go to top one selling donut there.Ripped a bit off and tried it right after I purchased it, it's so so. What a whimsical experience. I wish I knew about it sooner. Barring a sudden change in my life i.e. no longer capable of eating or taste food; diabetes; a sudden onset of lunacy; I will be a lifelong client henceforth. What a dream.Not pictured are the Fern tarts which I bought purely on reflex. So delicate and flavourful.

Large fresh selection of breads and pastries, home cooked fries were excellent, breakfast was delicious, coffee is good. French toast was excellent, although I prefer real whipped cream. Great place for breakfast. Smaller sit down eating area so there can be a wait. Overall a great experience.

Omg! Hank, I want to thank you personally for the best apple fritter I have ever had in my life! The apple fritter was not just tasty with fresh apple slices inside, it was considerably large and left me wanting more!I'll see you all next weekend!

The donuts were amazing...really delicious and lots to chose from.Staff is very friendly and welcoming.The cinnamon buns were hard and didn't taste fresh so was a bit disappointed with that.I've had other items from here before and they were fantastic as well.
