Worst lids store/customer service never ordering from them, the manager instead of ordering to their store they sent my order to mail champlain where in the end ending up in store on rue st-catherine and neither manager called me to explain situation, I had to call or else nothing would of been done! Zero care for customers!

Aujourd'hui le 28 février 2023 à 12h30, nous sommes entrés dans le magasin et n'avons reçus aucun accueil, on n'est resté 10 minutes et personne n'est venu nous demander si on avait besoin d'aide,les employés étaient trop occupés à discuter ensemble.

Last night my cousin and I went to St Bruno mall to get some deals at Lids, it said *last night* that it was open until 9:00pm but when we got there all the lights were off and closed up. Now I’m not a conspiracy theorist but now the hours mysteriously changed, no cap. Pretty bizarre if you ask me. Seems like whomever runs this store doesn’t care about the customers.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a hat that I needed to pick up at the store 3 to 5 days later and it has been 3 weeks already and still don’t have it! They sent it to another store in Montreal and didn’t even call me to tell me and that other store said they don’t have it!!! They don’t even seem to care!!! Terrible service!!!
