Bought stove, fridge and washing machine from Noe 4 weeks ago. The price is unbeatable, the quality is pretty good for what you're paying and delivery was very quick!We had an issue with our fridge a couple of weeks after we bought it. Called Noe, he came by to check it and replaced it within a couple of days - no questions asked!The only negative point is the delivery time, for us it was only possible in the (late) evening, we are fairly relaxed about that but I can see how this might not work for everyone...Overall great service and I'm absolutely happy with my purchase!

le pire des services qui peut exister, il dit quil va venir dans 1 semaine mais il vient dans 1 mois, il te fais attendre cher toi et ne se presente pas du tout et ne tavertit pas. ne repond pas a sont telephone, mais si tu appelle d'un autre numero, il repond ou meme pas, ne te rappel pas quand il le promets, il ne se deplace pas cher vous sil na pas un autre client a servire dans votre cartier. Je vous deconseille leur service, vous allez regretter, croyez moi.

Le pire service que j'ai eu de ma vie ! Tout les électros ont des problèmes , il dise avoir une garantie mais ne se pointe pas trois fois de file a leur rendez vous. Les électros ont tous des problèmes et il réponde au téléphone 1 fois sur 20. N'allez pas voir cette compagnie !!

J'ai acheté 3 électroménagers avec eux, deux ont eu des problèmes de fonctionnement. J'ai communiqué à plusieurs reprises avec eux. Ils prennent rendez-vous et ne se présentent jamais. Même si les électro sont garantis, ils ne les remplaceront jamais... Ce sont des anarqueurs, méfiez-vous!

I had very bad service! My appliance is not working properly and they never answer to my voice mail. The 1 years warranty, is not being upheld.

Service really needs to be improved. The owner makes you feel like he is being bothered and does not use a face cover or a mask. The store is also awfully organized.

J’ai eu une 1ere bonne expérience avec eux en 2013, mais j’ai racheté 2 electros chez eux (laveuse et sécheuse) à l’automne 2018 et plusieurs problèmes.La laveuse a brisé et a du être remplacée une semaine après l’achat1 mois plus tard la 2e laveuse a causé un dégât d’eau (l’assurance a donné responsabilité au vendeur/installateur), qu’ils ont mis plus de 2 semaines à réparer.Et 4 mois plus tard c’est la sècheuse qui lâche...Vraiment déçue. Heureusement qu’il ya une garantie mais ça me donne pas confiance pour garder mes electros longtemps :(

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. They sell you used appliances that don't function properly and do not stand behind their words. Having paid in advance for an installation, on installation day, the technician makes the delivery, leaves to grab a part, disappears for the rest of the day without notifying us and does not install the unit. To make matters worse both the boss and technician are unreachable for days leaving their customers and their employees to wonder when they will be coming back. When I called the store an employee tells me that the boss and technician disappeared"

I should have read these comments before buying from this place. It is as horrible as they describes in the comments. I am calling for help at the Office de la protection du consommateur. They plan you a rendez-vous for a certain hour and just don't show up. Super hard to call them, they almost never answer. It's just ridiculous...
