It's Sunday morning and I'm looking for a low beam lamp. I was wondering if Jim was open today (Sunday). I googled and found not open Sundays. It was interesting to see the bad customer service reviews, although there are some good ones.Anytime that I was in that store Jim treated me poorly, to the point that I told myself that I would never return.I have probably been in the old location 4 times since 1996 and after reading the poor reviews it reminded me why I do not do business there.

Jim must be considered the most knowledgeable advisor one could ever ask for. If he doesn’t have it he will do his best to get it asap. And it doesn’t matter if you only spend a nickel, he gives you any time you need. His product choices are usually the best you’ll ever get anywhere.

The slime of a man that answered the phone is an absolute a$$h@le! I would never recommend using this place for anything! The rudest customer service I've EVER had over the phone! I would never recommend this hole to anyone!

I was looking for a spark plug wire for my 120 evinrude boat motor. He told me to bring the old one in. He took it apart and added a new wire. Awesome. I ordered a prop for my boat through him. Very knowledgeable man. Great service. Thanks.

Life is too short to deal with jerks like this guy. Every time I've been in there Jim has been rude, abrasive, arrogant and goes out of his way to embarrass you in front of other customers when I've asked simple, polite questions like 'I'm looking for this part'. I wanted to avoid driving into town but I will NEVER set foot in his shop again. I welcome the drive to bring my business to other shops where I'm treated with respect.

After three attempts, I have given up on this shop. The owner, Jim, has consistently provided horrible customer service. More than once, Jim has used rude and foul language, made racist comments about China, and offered no help with my vehicle projects. He sucks all the excitement out of DIY projects.

It was so great to find this old school parts place located conveniently on my way up to Duncan area were my car project is located, he had exactly what I needed in stock, stuff i could not source from places like Lordco or Bumper2Bumper!I'll definitely be returning for more, as my car build has reached the point were I'm needing lots of finicky little things that are getting hard to find unless you can order it online.
