Len is very friendly and fair. He gave me an excellent quote, although I chose to go with an installer closer to my home.

Horrible customer service from start to finish. Waited in the show room while another customer was being helped with zero acknowledgment of my existence, flooring arrived late and wasn't given an invoice, just billed. been trying to reach someone for two days and nobody answers the phones or returns messages.

Old, grumpy mysoginistic guy who could've cared less as to why I was there. Told me to bring my husband in to talk to him. He should, to come in and teach him some manners. We definitely wont be back.

Terrible customer service. We waited until the salesman finished with another customer. He said he would be with us shortly. He knew we were waiting and then he went to look after a customer who came in after us first. Won't go back

If you are looking for great service,customer care and professional installation, this is not the place. So disappointed that the install was of very poor craftmanship and the resolve to get everything to where we are happy, has never happened. Find any other flooring place for your floors if you want craftmanship and customer service and care.

Jordan, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful.The installer, though good, was a bit full of himself regarding his professional ability. He did do a great job installing our flooring but did a poor job cleaning up after himself. This said he did offer to sweep up the garage where he did some work but left the basement cuttings everywhere. He also had to come back to install transition strips. He came late afternoon Friday and I could tell he wanted to finish quickly. I mention this because he had said that he would silicon some floor areas previously but didn't bring it up that Friday. I decided not to bring it up as I didn't want him to perform a rush job and possibly make a mess of it because he wanted to finish up quickly to start enjoying the weekend.He also left a lot of mark's on the wall which I will have to repair and touch up.

NuFloors replaced my carpet with laminate wood flooring 8 years ago. Rob invited a stranger into my home to deal with a car he was trying to sell, and took three times as long to finish the job than I was told. He slammed the door to my deck when I brought up that the job was taking a long time. The transition pieces had to be glued down a third time by a second installer. The floors creak despite the previous floors not creaking and there's few gaps that have increased in size over the years, as shown. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Finally got our flooring finished. We had to keep after Nufloors to get an estimate and to get an installation date. The installer came the first day for two hours, and then left, saying he would be back in a few minutes. We learned at 3.00 p.m , after phoning the office a couple of times, that the worker felt ill and would be back at 8 a.m. the next day. The worker said he had phoned us just after 1 p.m. but he didn't leave us a message. The flooring was finished the next day. When we went to pay our bill at the office, we mentioned about the baseboards and he was surprised they were not done. Luckily, we mentioned it, as there was a charge on our bill for doing them. We found out from the installer, when he came back to re-glue something, that he doesn't do base boards. Now, we have to find some one to do that for us. The flooring looks good, but it was afrustrating endeavor.Follow up on Nu floors. Nu floors contacted us and sent a base board installer. He was pleasant and very good at his job.. We were not charged labour costs which made up for some of our frustrations. We were pleased with the follow up.
