We were heading out to the island to look for supper at Resto Pub when we drove past this little gem. Being as both myself and my partner like trying places off the beaten path we changed plans and stopped here. Definitely the best choice we could have made. The burgers that we had were good, but the poutine was amazing. Definitely worth stopping by when you head over to the island from Quebec City.

Lo mejor del lugar: los aros de cebolla con miel, el fácil acceso desde la carretera y las mesas de picnic. Las patatas estaban sobre cocinadas y muy oscuras.Atención rápida y correcta.

Our go-to place and first stop whenever we visit the island. They certainly don't skimp on the cheese curds and the gravy! The gravy goes all the way to the bottom of that pile of fries! Absolutely delicious.

Dicen algunos que aquí puedes comer las mejores poutine de Quebec. No sé si es cierto, porque no he probado muchas más, pero sí que puedo afirmar que estaban auténticamente deliciosas.La Friterie de l'Île es un establecimiento situado justo a la entrada de la isla de Orléans sin demasiadas pretensiones. Un local sencillo en el que poder comprar comida para llevar o degustar allí mismo en unas pequeñas mesas que tienen cerca. La comida es sabrosa y el servicio amable.Si estás cerca y te apetece saltarte la dieta, es tu sitio. Disfrutarás mucho esas poutine, garantizado.

Honestly best poutine I had while in Quebec city. It's out side of Quebec city technically but worth the drive and it gives you a reason to drive over the bridge.

This is one place we never ever skip anytime we are in Quebec city. If you want to eat serious poutine, this is the place. We drive to the island just to eat their poutine! Their onion rings are also great and all in generous proportions. You don't know what real poutine is until you have tried this place. Oh yeah, get the big size, you will not regret it.
