AMAZING product and customer service!Oh my gosh, where do I even start?! Long story short, I emailed several flooring companies to get quotes and options for our event location. Tim was the first one to respond right away (I heard from others about a week later). Tim then went above and beyond because he immediately shipped me samples of the turf we were considering, wow! And this wasn't a small package, it was a large box filled with samples and options! As we waited for the samples to arrive, other companies did get back to me, but they were unable to provide options that would work for our space. The samples came in, we loved them! Tim literally worked with me every single day, emails, photos, questions & answers, incredible! In fact, we decided to accent our turf with some artificial living walls and he gave us a variety of options and unbeatable pricing! We finally narrowed things down and it was time to ship. He went above and beyond AGAIN! He got several shipping quotes and worked tirelessly until he found one that was the best price, thank you! The product was shipped out quickly and the delivery company was wonderful. We can't wait to get it all installed, thank you so much for your help. We'll be ordering from Tim again as now that we see the product in person, it's even more incredible than we expected, so now we've got more projects planned before this one is even installed, lol.

I sent a message through the website on the weekend and got a response within an hour. Every other communication right through the purchasing process and even after the sale was great as well. Highly recommend them. Great quality product also. Now back to my new home putting green I go.

Tim at Rymar Rubber is awesome could not ask for better customer service. I purchased the 2'X2' -8mm tiles; the product is amazing! easy to install and the seams virtually disappear. Highly recommend Rymar Rubber if you are planning s home gym.

Great guys! I bought a 1 Gallon jug of the Uricide treatment. There was a mix up over the applicator and the guys at the shop looked after me and treated me great! They went above and beyond in correcting the mix up, and then some...!

I've worked in the flooring industry for over 20 years and have appreciated the customer service from all of the Calgary staff especially Tim. If your looking for top quality Rubber flooring for your Gym look no further. The laser cut on their interlocking rubber is so precise that you will not be able to tell it's an interlocking tile from standing up and looking down at the floor (unlike lesser quality where the pattern can be seen right away). Always happy with the finished results!

Building an indoor golf simulator and purchasing the turf here has been the easiest and best part of the process to date. Staff was fantastic and incredibly helpful, was in and out in a half hour with my purchase. 100% would recommend
