They were able to make our dream home a reality and spent a lot of time with us discussing our wants/needs. The team put in so much time to make everything go above and beyond our expectations. Moving from a home we had been in for 28 years was a hard decision, but we were ready for a fresh start in a new community. Northridge Homes proved to be an excellent partner in designing and building our new home. From the initial consultation on, the process was clearly explained, which was most comforting. We had the opportunity to assist in the design process to personalize our space, and Dave, Dal and team were very open to design changes and provided valuable feedback. The quality of the tradespeople and the craftsmanship have exceeded our expectations. We had the opportunity to visit their suppliers to select products and materials and you could see the passion each one of them had , and why Northridge chooses to work with them.The Northridge team is responsive and interested in making our new build truly our new home. It was a pleasure working with Northridge Homes in order to create our dream home. My wife and I have always envisioned moving from the city out into the country. When we were first referred to Dal and Dave by a previous customer, we felt like this was the team to go with. They were so accommodating and helped answer all of the questions we had, from the time when we were deciding on the blueprints for the house to where the house should go on the lot,the selection of tiles and hardwood for our floor. They even provided good recommendations on current interior design styles that were in trend when we were unsure of what to go with. Fast forward 10 months later, my family has moved into our custom-built house, and we all couldn’t be happier! Northridge Team are true professionals, all the way. They have the best trades team there is in Ontario, from framers, drywallers, tilers, painters, electricians, designers, architects, they got the best. They will make your dream home come to reality. The quality is second to none. The after sale service is amazing. I built a custom house with them and i was completely satisfied with their service and quality. Dal is amazing. He is always open to new ideas and suggests a solution that will work best. I would highly recommend Northridge.

Northridge Homes built my amazing house last year. Their team is easy to work with and they always give their honest opinions. At every step in the building process Northridge was able to explain the pros and cons of the decisions I was making. This allowed me as a homeowner to fully understand all of the decisions that go into making a custom home.
