Chela was our wedding coordinator when my husband and I got married in May 2021. As someone who is an avid planner, I thought I had it all figured out. When Chela came on board, everything came together SO much better than we could've done by ourselves. There were details we hadn't thought about, plans we forgot to make, suggestions that were incredibly helpful, etc. All in all, the day was stress-free and we were able to enjoy it to the fullest thanks to the wonderful coordination that Chela provided both leading up to the wedding and the day of. We absolutely loved working with her and would recommend her services a thousand times over!

As a wedding photographer, I work with a lot of coordinators, and Chela is one of the BEST! She is always so on top of everything, and truly makes sure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. If anything goes wrong, the bride and groom would not even know about it because she takes care of it right away. Chela is so talented at what she does & I highly recommend her if you're looking for a wedding coordinator!

Can not say enough good things about Chela. She was our coordinator at Stoltzfus homestead & gardens. I’m 1 week post wedding and still haven’t gotten over how smooth it went bc of her. I had zero stress on the wedding day and i mean that! She was amazing from going to the store and buying envelopes, and hot gluing flowers that were coming off of the groomsmen boutonnières to running a rehearsal and a wedding in weather that was 90 plus degrees without any complaints. Chela from the bottom of our hearts we can’t thank you enough for being the best wedding coordinator out there. Do yourselves a favor if you are on the hunt for a coordinator and hire this sweet, organized, funny and amazing wedding coordinator! You won’t regret it!

Chéla is the most amazing wedding coordinator for many reasons. She is very organized and attentive to clients emails. She knows how to take control of a room and make sure everyone is paying attention during rehearsal :) But more importantly she has the most loving, kind, and funny personality that makes everyone around her smile and feel comfortable. The reason I felt so relaxed on my wedding day is due to her planning and organization- I did not have to worry about a thing! She organized the pick up and drop off of our dog with the Rover lady, she organized all of the vendors setting up, and of course she ensured we were hydrated and well fed throughout the night. We even had time to make a tik tok together! I cannot recommend her enough, our wedding would not have been the same without her
