Decent store if the older guy is working as hes willing to serve you as a customer, avoid coming if the beardless middle aged man is working!! He cannot be bothered to answer your questions or even fulfill the stores own policies. Came in earlier this week and bought a few games and he didn't bother looking at the backs of the discs before putting them in the case and selling them to me, surprise both of them were broken beyond use and when I came back he would not offer a refund and barely offered me 1:1 store credit for the broken games he sold me, had to come in another day and asked the old guy and he sorted it all out for me. Highly recommended looking to see who is working before entering the store as your experience will differ wildly, the middle aged man also will try to grift you for as much as he can, came in looking for a wii remote and he was charging 40$ for just a single wiimote because its a wii motion plus wiiu" mote even though I asked for older normal wii remotes and refused to check for others. I paid like nearly 60$ for a AV wii cable and a single wii remote because he would not honor the in store credit/exchange program."

I normally don’t complain about stores/businessBut boy do i have a storyGamers choice in haney place mall.Mom called them yesterday as me and dad found our wii but couldn’t find our remote.The guy told my mom on the phone 40 for remote 50 for the game. We get there and he tries to charge us 147 dollars for both, okay no so we leave with just the remote (gave us the wrong one by the way) and go back to talk to my mom. She tells us to just go back and try and get the game separate from the remote maybe there was a mishap. We go back 2nd time now where he tries to charge us 100 DOLLARS for this game now. I say “no sir but my mom called and said it was 50” so he calls this guy and says “this girl trying to tell me our game $50” the guy on the phone says yes it is. We go back then realize he gave us the wrong remote mom calls he says we can trade it go back the 3rd time to trade it. Now this remote he traded us won’t calibrate to our wiiBatteries won’t hold a charge in the remote. Remote randomly will stop working.Highly don’t recommend

They need a better system for pricing, trades and overall a better way of doing things in general. Definitely should be opening to hiring people who know about games or just people who know how to run a game store properly. It's pretty apparent they opened the store not because they care about videos games but because it's an good and easy market to get into

One time I went to this store with a friend. We saw an older man come in, one trying to complete his SNES collection. There was a perfectly nice looking copy of Earthbound, box and all, and the man working the counter (who also at the time was eating a chili dog), proceeded to take the game off the shelf so the man can look at it, only for him to spill chili on it. The poor customer looked like he was going to have a stroke, meanwhile my friend and I both immediately died inside.This place is a dumping ground for broken and mistreated games (or those soon to be).

My rating is based on their video games as that's the only reason I went to both locations. I feel the exact same about both locations.Their items are way too overpriced. Most of their products have not been cleaned and are visibly dirty. The stores are cluttered and don't seem to have much organization. Oh, and they put a price tag sticker on the actual paper of the game covers. It is super annoying if you're a collector because you're not getting that off. Anyway, you're not missing much here.

Don’t expect customer service or any help for that matter. Walked in with the sales associate sitting in his chair. Didn’t even see him and when I did I said “hi”. I got zero acknowledgment. I asked him if this was only selection of games that he has for a certain console and he said “yes.” But there ended up being so much more on the wall behind the counter, as well as inside a display counter. I asked him if he had a specific game I was looking for and he just said “no.” Didn’t get off his chair to even try. I got the sense he really didn’t care and although there were a few games I was interested in, I walked away because I didn’t feel comfortable asking for assistance nor do I want to give him my business. Truly disappointing. Would give a negative review if I could.

I walked into the store, and one of the employees kept staring at me. every night when I go to sleep it bothers me a great deal I just can't fathom why he would do that, I generally think it's a race thing. I did take a picture on that employee, I hope you can get him removed since he is practically a sleep paralysis demon.

The prices here are wild. Almost everything here is overpriced. I also bought a copy of Tekken Tag Tournament from here a while ago, and the disc was so scratched up it didn't even work. Just go to anywhere else if you want retro games.

Biig disappointed I go there for knew nlb baseball and they don’t have!!!! They ofer old nlb four same price as new one and my sun big upset!! Aftrwards they all go to backroom and make me son wait 30 minutes, what they doo back their??? When finally came back they suggest I take my busyness someplace elsa. I hate store and service towards custards >:(

Certainly the most eclectic selection of games I've ever seen in stock at a game store - decent prices too. They also stock old PC games if that's your thing - picked up both of the Quake 1 expansion packs and a copy of Return to Castle Wolfenstein in-box last time I was there. Definitely worth checking out, at the very least.
