Skogie's Auto Spa

Paid for premium detailing with seat and carpet shampoo. It was close to $300 for the service, and when I got my vehicle back, the outside of my vehicle looks like somebody wiped my black paint with a greasy towel, the inside looked like somebody poured oil all over my dash and door. All of my windows have streak marks. Also, they didn’t even shampoo one of the back seats as there is still dog drool and hair on it!!!! I can’t see myself dropping my vehicle off and getting an interior detail done by them again. I am not happy with how my vehicle looks. 1 start because at least it is clean….

I was vacuuming my truck when the vacuum hose fell and scratched my door. Chris Skoglund was very responsive and recommended an excellent bodyshop and detailer to fix the problem, and of course offered to pay all expenses and gave a free detail. Skogies turned an unfortunate situation into a very pleasant one. Highly recommend and appreciate their level of customer service.

I was there just yesterday and paid extra to have my car detailed inside. Usually I do this myself but I have been too busy and I didn't want to leave it any longer. Very disappointed to have paid so much and have it look like this! It's a new car!! Will not take it here again. For almost $100 for an hour of work by two people it should look better than this!

Car wash is not great car sensor was damaged it ripped off the number plate housing and bent the number plate. Emailed them heard nothing. Landed up costing me over $500 to repair the sensor it was fine before it went in to the car wash … go elsewhere

I took my car to get the seats cleaned and they did a phenomenal job. They were really in bad condition - now they look like new!However, when I got home and tried to park in my parkade - I couldn't because my parkade clicker was missing. I searched the car high and low and couldn't find it. I probably shouldn't have kept it in there - but I am disappointed that it is missing and that they lost it. I asked them to keep an eye out for it - and they said they would...

Went to the do it yourself wash bay on highway 33 and Hollywood road. The place was filthy and run down, After putting a tooney in half the things on the dial didn't work including the foam brush. Offered a code for 2 bucks at another bay but would have to get in line again. Never going back. I have had issues with work done at other skogies locations also. I will stay clear of all Skogies car washes for the rest of my life.

Going to Skogies for years and have never been disappointed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and my car looks the best after it comes out of the Spa.Wonderful facility with comfortable seating and refreshments available.Keep up the wonderful work.I also use their new car wash on Cawston, unfortunately there I have to vacuum myself

Just went through for a wash and there is a deep scratch on my drivers rear door handle, that 100% was not there when I drove in. Will be doing my washes elsewhere now.

Never bring your car here! I went through the automatic car wash and it completely scratched and damaged the left side of my car. I went through their claim process and contacted Chris the manager and he could care less. Said the damage could of happened anywhere when I am 100% certain it happened in the car wash as I could hear it as it was scratching the side. They didn’t even look into the matter just denied the claim. Horrible customer service, horrible business.

I got the unlimited monthly car wash pass for my brand new vehicle. After going through the wash multiple times, this time it ripped my mirror cover right off and destroyed my side mirror. I went in to inquire about what to do as I can't drive around with wires hanging out of the mirror and they got me some duct tape so I could get home. I asked if this happens often and was told ALL THE TIME! I was told to contact the owner and send pictures and when I did they said that the mirror was already damaged and they can't do anything about it. It is a brand new vehicle! When I went to cancel my membership after finding out they will do nothing for the damage their wash has caused(and I can't get a replacement cover for weeks) they didn't even offer a refund for the month that I can't even use. Extremely disappointed in the service and how they handle situations when damage is done.
