Absolutely wonderful doctor! Dr. Randall is educated, respectful, and performed a thorough examination. He also consoles his patients when they’re nervous and continuously ensures that the equipment are clean. The receptionist was very quick to get me set up in a room and very polite! Great experience overall!

Dr. Derrick Randall was an amazing doctor to both my children. He took both kids tonsils and adenoids out. I highly recommend him. He made my kids and myself feel very comfortable about the surgeries. He listen to my concerns and explained everything very clearly.

Thank you Dr Randell and team for the best experience with surgery I have ever had. Recovery time was really quick. The day after surgery I felt amazing. Office staff is amazing as well. They go above and beyond. Again thank you.

I will tell you that this doctor is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.I had a surgery done on my hip a few months back and its been well over three months and my hip is in pain 24/7 . I wable to one side do to 1 inch being shorter?Very rude person,he will rush you every opportunity he gets..stay away from Dr.Randall this is why his ratings are awful and other doctors wont ever recomend him

Dr. Randall was kind and helpful. However, the receptionist lady was rude. She did not even reply and looked at my face when I greeted her. Hers was a racist behavior.

Dr. Derrick Randall is an amazing specialist. My daughter visit with him was life changing. She had been diagnosed with severe asthma and wasn’t reacting to medications. She was out of breath after going upstairs and couldn’t do the activities she loved.Dr. Rendall diagnostic was some scar tissues obstructing her airways….small laser operations……and no more problems. She had another lung function test done…..and she went from Severe asthma to “normal/ no issues”.Those negative reviews are for the wrong doctor….not the ENT specialist.Thanks Doctor for treating our daughter. You changed her life.
