Bought 400 mbps package, never got more than 180 mbps, call there tecks and apparently thats normal... Why am i paying for 400 then? Terrible customer service and support...

Bonjour je suis allee ce soir avec mon conjoint pour acheter un nouveau telephone Samsung et trois accessoirs. Nicolas Lafleur fut exceptiopnel. Je n'ai que des louanges a lui faire parce qu'il a ete tres professionnel et tres patient. Il est l'employe ideal et possede de tres belles qualites. Se fut ma plus belle experience a Videotron. Un gros merci a Nicolas pour mon experience.

You know what this place is great. The guy that works the microplay is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable guys when it comes to games. The phone guys are helpful and the rest of the staff is very friendly and ask you constantly if you need help finding a movie.
