Tried calling to book an appointment with Dr Kim, Robin the receptionist was no help from the start.I understand it’s early Monday but no need to take frustrations out on patients, most of us are in daily pain….waiting for the next surgery date.She had an attitude when I asked about Sask-abilities parking program.“Ahhh if you can walk from your car to the door….you can walk from the door to the car” very ignorant of her to make such a comment.I asked for her name and she was like “It’s Robin…the only receptionist working under Dr Kim so you can’t forget it”.Weird.How about understanding that creating a shorter distance to the door will help alleviate the pain by minimizing the distance travel.She refused to answer any questions I had afterwards and told me to go visit another Dr and get a referral form filled out if I’ll like to book an appointment.It’s tough when administrative assistants act like Drs…** I updated the review as of April 21, 23.Dr. Kim called me and was very very almost too kind And listened to everything I had to say…I feel like an idiot now eating a 1 star a month earlier…

Excellent personable experience with Dr Kim. He was always calming and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Also a very helpful admin staff which always responded promptly.
