JML Electric

I booked JML to fix a junction box in my home. The electrical company I used recently was unavailable. I found JML through google reviews. They missed there own timeframe 3 times. Had I not sent them a message each time they would have never even acknowledged me. They need to improve their scheduling or customer service where they proactive advise customers of delays so you don't waste your day.

JML Electric recently installed an Ivy charger at my home, including wiring to the electrical panel. The individual, Brendan, that came out to perform the installation was nothing short of fantastic! He arrived on-time (actually early), was professional and personable, the job was performed quickly and the care and finish was excellent. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years and this was a great experience!

Guy said he would come by late one day or the next. It was the next. 2 guys walked in and in 10 minutes saw a new recepticle had 2 wires crossed, undid the crossing, did it correctly and was no charge. Thanks so much. A+guys I don't want anybody else. They'll get the business when I need electrical done.

JML was very efficient and answered my emails with the same day. The provided me quote on the required job The finished the job ahead of schedule and came in on budget. The electricians were very professional and answered all my questions.A few days after the service call, I got a call from them to ensure that I was happy with the results. :)Overall a very positive experience!

All the reviews you read about JML are true! They did 2 Tesla charger installations for us including remotely at our cottage which was a great help. It was done very timely, friendly, with quality and consistent with their quotation. They are clearly experts that should corner the market in this growing area.

I found JML on the Tesla website as a certified installer. I was slightly sceptical since they did the quote remotely (based on pictures and descriptions) but clearly they have done so many installations, they know exactly what they're doing. I felt their quote was fair, the electrician who came (Brendan) was excellent, they 100% knew what they were doing and the job was high quality, efficient, and exactly as I hoped. I would absolutely use them again for other electrical jobs.

Jason was great, installation went smoothly and walked me through the process and how things would look after. Left the work area clean and tidy. Nicki was very responsive and helped arrange the appointment in a quick and efficient manner.

They installed 2 Tesla chargers at my house. They are very professional, timely, they did such high quality work. I got quotes from a few people but I'm so glad I went with them. Don't think twice, just book them!

I had JML install a new outdoor receptacle in the backyard. Price was the lowest out of all the contractors that I received a quote from and the job was done quickly and professionally. They had good response time in getting me the quote and answering some questions that I had. The electrician Gavin was friendly, arrived right on time, and completed the job without any hiccups.

I called around a whole bunch of places and even posted on Homestars looking for an electrician to install my Level 2 Chargepoint charger. Most places quoted around $1000, a few quoted well over $1500.I honestly only went with JML because they had an opening to install the next day. But I'm so glad I did.Other installers said they'd have to drill a hole through the back wall and bring the black cable all around to the front of the house, which is really ugly. The electrician (who's name I unfortunately forgot) decided to go through the ceiling of my finished basement (starting in the bedroom) and carefully fish the thick cable to where it needed to go. It took a bit of effort, but after 3 hours, the job was done and extremely clean. He labelled the panel using a label printer, and tidied up really well after himself.I was also impressed with the communication from Jodi, the Office Coordinator. She was quick to email, and also sent me the ESA certificate and all the forms needed to apply for the rebate. I was going to do that myself, but really nice of her to add that little touch.I've already recommended JML to my friends, but would gladly recommend them to anyone else that reads this.
