I highly recommend Jill's towing. After stopping for gas on an 8 hour drive home, my car wouldn't start and they showed up (conveniently within seconds as they were right around the corner) to jump my car. That didn't fix the problem, so they offered to tow me back to their shop and get me a new battery (as I was already having battery issues and just hoping I could make it the rest of my drive home) Once Liam got the battery, unfortunately that was not the issue, so we figured it was the starter. He replaced my starter and got my car started and me back on my way for the rest of my drive. All of the guys I dealt with were super friendly and Liam went the extra mile to help me get home, working longer on a Sunday and going out of his way to get my car started. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.

Liam is such an amazing person! He saw me, my wife, and my two little kids on the side of the highway between Kelowna and Merrit on his day off and stopped to help us, out of the goodness of his heart (some other tow truck drove right by without stopping). He towed us into Merritt and honestly rescued us from a brutal day as there was no cell phone service and i'd already tried to walk one direction for 20 mins with no luck in the smoke and the heat. Thank you Liam for such fantastic help!

Bought a shipping container from these guys and they are awesome, was an easy all in one process shipped to my door, was no bs and arrived earlier then they quoted despite highway closures all around. legendary service would highly recommend.

Jill's Towing is reliable, professional, quick, and has very reasonable rates. Randy, the driver, went above and beyond in helping to tow a vehicle to Vancouver and even brought back a set of keys just to be nice. We would highly recommend this company.

I contacted this business about a vehicle that they were selling on Facebook Marketplace. I drove almost 45 minutes to view the car only to find that there was no plate available so that I could test drive the car, and no gas in it either as he had no plate to take it to gas up. He then told me to call another day as the plate would be there that evening. We arranged that I would call next week, as I live far away. When I called I was told that the next day I could come again so I could test drive the car, but to call before I came. I called only to be told that he wouldn't be able to show it to me as he wouldn't be in. This business was very unprofessional in my opinion as if you are actually wanting to sell a vehicle you should be ready, and not string a person along. A very disappointed non customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM JILLS TOWINGPurchased a car from here around 2 weeks ago, was told everything is mechanically sound, long story short it was not. Alternator went almost immediately, was leaking oil, A/C didnt work, there was a hole the size of a toonie in the frame and it has a foul smell when the heater is turned on. Took it into a mechanic and he said it would cost more to fix it then the car was worth. If youre looking to toss your money away call Jills, or send it to me to help recoup the $4k i lost to this company.

Liam, @ Jill's Towing is Professional and he has Integrity. We entered into an agreement to move some containers and then on the agreed upon pick up date winter conditions became a factor. Despite the challenges he & his crew faced while in transport, he delivered on time and honoured his quoted price. As a result we have rebooked another load with him.5 stars !

Have used them to pickup and deliver my street rod many times. Randy is always the driver who hauled my ride. Very professional and always handled my vehicle with care and great attention to detail. Jill's is the only company I will use if I need to have my ride moved again. Great job!
