The techs were courteous and professional. Did a good job keeping the house clean as they worked and did a good job cleaning up before they left. They explained everything in detail. Very happy with the service. Will use ashes Away again for sure.

They arrived in there scheduled timing, were efficient, quick, and kept us informed as they proceeded with the job. Great company! Thrilled with our ‘like new’ fireplace. Customer service team on the website/phone and service team at our house were impressive. Accommodated our timing request happily and cleaned our fireplace thoroughly including using long mats to walk on to protect our floors. Thoughtful and efficient! Would definitely use again!

Used Ashes Away today for the first time to do our yearly chimney clean. I am so happy with their service - they will now be the only company we use. Nathan who came to do the work was so polite and sociable - he got the job done thoroughly & promptly - with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend. They also send you texts to advise you that your technician is on the way - which I really liked.

Great service. Returned initial call and answered all my questions. Good follow-up when requesting quote and scheduling date. Arrived on time. Professional and courteous workers. They put down runners from front door in to stand on. Drop sheets around fire place. Excellent vacuum and filter system to prevent any dust in the house. Thoroughly cleaned fire place and chimney with brushes. Visually inspected from inside . Glad I had it done for piece of mind . Would definitely recommend them.
