This place used to be good. They changed owner and don’t have a large variety of products anymore. The store also smells so strongly of cigarettes.

Lucky Fishing Tackle
Used to come to this store quite often for some last minute fishing accessories, worms and minnows.Went last week and my experience was pretty bad. Very pricey for minnows, murky water, few minnows died when i reached home (was using aerator). Got medium sized minnows but most of them were about 1 inch. Will avoid this place for now. May give it another chance in the fall and see how they become.

I come here for earthworms for my pet Axolotl. Their earthworms are good during fishing season.During off-season, I've been sold some shoddy worms, that look like they've been there for a month.Also, they don't seem to follow their operation hours. Went there today at 3:30pm but it was closed. Should've been closed at 10pm according to their sign.

Lucky Fishing Tackle
The store person fixed my missing fishing rod tip ring for $5, labour and parts included. The repair was done in quality workmanship, with heat gun to get the glue to properly set, and shrink wrap the tip to the rod.

Amazing place to get some nice live earth worms and minnors. Find some good st.croix rods there. It's worthwhile for a visit.

I love this place, I always go here for my fishing supplies. Really good prices with a ton of variety. They never let me down and the staff is very welcoming and nice. Great job!

Last week i bought a dozens of medium size minnows from lucky fishing tackle but most of the size were small. Only 3 to 4 were medium size. All were small size and when I got home few of minnows were dead. Will never go to this place again. I don't recommended to anyone or friends.

I only buy worms here for one reason...Their ducking prices are absurd. I could find the same lures at Canadian tire for half the price. The worms cost 4$ for 12 and 6$ for 24. ( which is reasonable). But their lures prices are too high.In conclusion, go here IF you need worms or live bait. Canadian tire sells lures, rods/reels for lower the cost. Even bass pro is better.
