Matlis Medical, Urgent Walk In Clinic, Sports Medicine

Dr Steven Matlis is the best among the best, to say the least. I recently immigrated here for my masters and was very worried about using the healthcare facility for a cyst on hand. At matlis medical center I could see a doctor within 15 min and Dr matlis even scheduled the procedure to be done on the same day so I don't have to visit again. Dr Matlis politely and extensively explain the procedure and any complications I might face going forward and even wrote me an recommendation to get extensions for my mid term paper so that I can rest my hand. He is a gem of person because a doctor not only need to have good knowledge but also should have good people skills and Dr Matlis excel in both.All the staff at the clinic were very friendly too, they were forbearing with me (Because I don't know anything so was asking a lot of questions and needed help with like everything). They did everything with a big smile which make me feel welcomed.Kudos to Matlis Medical Center for carrying the Canadian spirit which I was promised before immigrating here and was finally able to witness myself.

Best walk in clinic I’ve been to for a while. I have for the first time had the pleasure to meet Dr. Donna Gasparro who is the most amazing person I have ever met as a professional and a human being, my consultation was amazing, she is a very caring, who listens and truly cares for her patients. A really excellent experience! I will highly recommend this clinic to everyone I know!

Dr Amir Koldorf was so nice with my child! He did a very good evaluation / diagnoses and the interaction was good but we wait more than 2 hours

Best urgent walk-in clinic ever been, even faster than any urgent care. The clinic opens on time, up and running and ready to take patient one by one as quickly as possible. Was worried about long wait will make me late for work but line up from morning I get to see doctor on time. Test is ordered to be done very professionally. I'm so grateful for Dr. Amir who is very helpful in understanding my concerns and prescribe the exact medication I need. I was in pain for days but after taking the medication it gets better on day 1. I can't be more grateful for this clinic.

Oh my God, I found them - good clinic with good professional doctor. It was great experience. Now I am better thanks to them and doctor Amir Koldorf. The doctor did everything correct, he did necessary checks before telling the diagnose, he also explained me what was wrong with my health and how to cure it. Now I am really better, but the previous week was like hell to me... I strongly recommend this clinic. By the way I have experience with another clinic with my family doctor (therapist) and she was awful taking into account that she is a doctor for many years and she has her own clinic... And also I have experience with other doctors so I know what is unqualified doctors and who is masters.Thank you guys.

Here is a clinic with less waiting time, generally less than 30 minutes. The doctors are good but not too welcoming and I suppose that is because of being busy. For myself I had concerns and I wanted to have blood work but doctor told me it is not necessary and just gave me medication. For flue, catching cold and this general concerns just recommend them

I had good experience at this walk-in clinic, the doctor was very nice and also gave me advice how to smartly deal with the similar situation going forward.

I appreciate the staff at this clinic who do what they can to accommodate patients who have a long wait time and Dr. Donna Gasparro who is thorough, attentive and patient-centered.

I just wanted to post a review after visiting this clinic more than a handful of times now. And the 5 stars is for the Dr. The receptionist isn’t the friendliest to be completely honest not on the phone or in person.But Dr. Matlis, such a friendly and kind and warm Dr. He knows how to calm someone’s anxiousness, with reassurance, clear options, his opinion, and attention, a level of calmness and safety, a good giggle, and just all around great experience and what you would ultimately want from a Dr. So thankful to have found this walk in clinic when I can’t see my family Dr and even though I no longer live in the area, will drive out of my way for this kind of care.
