I contacted Mike at Alpine Tree Care to help me do some restorative pruning for one of my japanese cherry tree's, prune a tree in my backyard and remove a tree stump. Mike was super responsive and and provided the proper guidance and options for my request. Amazing communication throughout the process and he found time to fit me into his busy schedule. I would highly recommend Mike if you need a professional Arborist!

Alpine Tree Care assisted me with a recent house that I built in Steveston.Not only did their Certified Arborist Mike advise me on how to deal with the city’s extensive tree bylaw concerning construction, but they were also a reliable contractor to use for the tree removal and the tree planting portion of the work on my new build.They planted 2 Saucer Magnolias that satisfied the city’s requirements and transplanted a large maple in my backyard to finish the work off!!! 5+ stars

Mike was a hero when our cat Poppy got stuck on our peaked roof. He had the equipment, experience, and skill to access our roof, even belaying himself lower when Poppy retreated. He magically coaxed the terrified, exhausted cat into his arms and returned her safely to solid ground! I am very grateful, and will be calling on Mike for tree care in the future - hopefully not for any more emergency cat rescues.

Mike and his team came and removed 2 trees and trimmed 2 that were near the house. The price was fair, they were on time, professional, and what a hard working bunch they were. Good communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Alpine Tree Care. Mike was very responsive to our inquiries. Answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable about local city bylaws which proved very helpful in our expectations for tree trimming and removal. When onsite, all workers were very professional and friendly. Safety was a top priority at all times. The crew did an amazing job of cleaning up as they went, which made for an easy clean up at the end of the day. Highly recommend Mike and Alpine Tree Care.

I highly recommend Mike and his crew, true professionals! I needed to remove a 100' douglas fir in a very tight space b/w 2 houses. Mike handled it with extreme precision, rigging each piece down 1 by 1, to avoid any damage to the houses. His price is extremely fair and quality of work is superb. Also handled a difficult stump grind for me no problem, again, real pros, A+++

Mike and his team came and removed 3 trees and trimmed 2 others. The price was better than fair, crews were on time, professional, & did the job better than expected. In fact the biggest tree blocks the morning sun was so big and troublesome over the years; Mike did warn us it might have to be kept due to its size, don't know what kind of magic he plays but we finally got city approval of removal. So happy. Middle of job, some crew member was sick and Mike was trying to refer the job out to someone else to prevent spreading of virus. We decided to keep Mike on the job with a bit more waiting time. Worth it! Feels his care to his customers. Finds Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, of courtesy, doesn't break your bank either, HIGHLY recommend Alpine Tree Care to anyone!!!

Mike from Alpine Tree Care was a complete professional throughout the removal of my 40-50 foot tree. His consultation and advice was simple and easy to understand, but you can also tell he knows a LOT about his craft and about the arborist industry. A great local business with a down to earth attitude. My neighbours saw his work and instantly asked for his number as well!I would highly recommend anyone give Mike a shout for their arborist needs. Called on. Friday at 3pm in Richmond, stump was pulled by 8pm that night. Unbelievably fast and professional. Great service would 100% recommend this company to anyone having this type of work done.
