Tom, the owner, is amazing. He was working all day on a custom order, I came in in the middle of his busy day. He said to email in my (small/simple) order, which I did. Sent it in on a Friday, and it was ready first thing on Monday, he didn't charge me anything!Highly recommend this boutique, fine art-oriented, excellent printer.

I just wanted to write a really amazing recommendation for this print shop! Tom was extremely helpful and went above and beyond accommodating a personal print request for a gift for my boyfriend. He followed up really well and when all was said and done, the cost was incredibly low! Amazing service, product, and prices for a personal print job - I will definitely be coming back here if I need anything like this again!

I had a wonderful experience printing with VanPrint at the Broadway location. Tom was very attentive, and helped me optimize the resolution and layout of my photos so that they looked great and were cost effective. When I finally got the correct format, he had them printed in a few days and they were flawlessly done. He also printed an extra set for me for free, and gave me a great deal on the prints, and then let me cut them myself in his shop to keep the costs minimized! Needless to say, I will return here for all my printing and photography needs.

I am an artist and former graphics designer. So, I am very picky when getting items printed. Tom was excellent. The quality of work was second to none and his service was warm and attentive. BEST printer in Vancouver. I have a few artist friends who are well known and always get their prints done here. You won't be disappointed!

As a graphic designer I am pretty picky about where I get my projects printed, I started using Vanprint a couple of years ago and now they are my go to for all of my clients printing jobs. They do great quality work, are fairly priced and really awesome to deal with.
