Not sure what all the complaints are.. I had an excellent experience here. The staff are very polite and patient while you make your order. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Despite the store being lovely (very grateful for its location!) and clean, I tend to have repeated bad experiences with the staff. They have added a tip function on the machine, and even when you choose to tip, there is a minimum tip you must choose. The problem with this is that the staff get noticeably cranky when you don't choose to tip. For me I don't find it necessary to tip at a Subway. I work in retail myself and would never expect this. One lady (who was cheery until I didn't choose to tip) slammed my sandwhich down onto the counter. To be honest, the majority of the staff look disinterested and like they don't want to be there. I feel intimidated everytime I go up to pay now because of the tip function.

Services are not so bad but i saw a lot of tables that were not clean. The burgers that we ordered were fine. Thanks.

This location is always consistent with their subs and very rarely do they have an off day (and if they do they're very apologetic). The staff is always friendly and they provide a good service. My husband and I come here regularly.

I'd like to send a big shout out to Sarah at this Subway location. You can see by the way Sarah makes the subs that she take her job seriously. They're always made perfectly and not slapped together like some other locations do. On top of that she's very pleasant and professional. Awesome job Sarah!
