Had the most amazing experience. Peter our server was very helpful & gave us the best recommendations. Went back the night after because we had a such an incredible time. Beautiful views on the Detroit river & great selection of food. We will be back!

My first experience here was so good that I wanted to come here for my birthday. I now regret doing so and felt I would have had a better dinner and experience at spago’s for a fraction of the price. The steak tasted weird, almost like Italian sausage (which I cannot eat without feeling nauseous) and the loaded baked potato was okay. The plating could’ve been better, it was just a steak on a plate, no garnishment. The service was alright but I was never asked if I wanted another drink. What really ruined the dinner was being sat next to the servers station. Not very romantic or relaxing when you hear silverware clanking every few seconds.

The food here is absolutely amazing can't beat it anywhere in Windsor!! And our waitress Jen truly a of course Gem in her work environment just as simply amazing server, so lovely, so kind, happy, and all around amazing! However I took some of my food back to my room I did get a takeout container and a bag unfortunately I did not get a fork nice napkin to eat the rest of my food in my room but other than that everything was excellent

Amazing, keep in mind you pay for what you get! You won't be disappointed. No one else in Windsor has as good lobster as they do. The porterhouse steak is amazing.... Went here for our 10th year anniversary and we will be back.

My husband and I dined here tonight for our anniversary and it was unfortunately a very disappointing meal. This was our first time dining at Nero Steakhouse. We ordered the crab cake appetizer and 2 steak dinners, one with lobster and one with shrimp. Both dinners came with lobster and when I mentioned it to the waitress, she removed the lobster tail right in front of us off of my husband’s plate and then brought him the shrimp in a side dish. it grosses me out to think how many lobster tails have been removed from other people’s plates and served to unsuspecting guests. It was very strange to have the food removed in front of us like that, honestly just a poor way to correct the mishap. But I digress. The most disappointing was the food in general. It was SO BLAND. It lacked flavor and I don’t think salt was used at all in anything. Steak was also very fatty, had a large amount of gristle, and was not cooked to our liking. Unfortunately I do not recommend and would not dine here again.

We had the amazing pretzels bread and something similar to Olive focaccia which was to die for !!Shared the appetisers of crab cakes and mushroom escargot, both were yummy.For dinner we all picked the 2 course meal where I had the mushroom Chowder which came Microwave oven heated and was burning hot and not tasty at all !The dish was steak along with Lobster tails or King Shrimp, I went for the lobster tail along with veggies and mashed potatoes !We also picked up some desserts which were just ok but the.The ambience was nice and the server we had was super nice and helpful

This is one of the best places for romantic date right in downtown Windsor. Excellent food and wine. Service is great too! Their Beefsteak is the bestttt! Deals on Wednesday and Sunday is a must try. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service! Bradley our server was a gem! Hands down amazing food, great drinks and impeccable service! I would definitely return to the casino specifically to eat here.
