I have been living at a Thorwin property for a month. I'd like to say, that I was met by a friendly and responsive man Dare. I have never met such a kind person. I'm from Ukraine and I was impressed by his hospitality on the move-in date. He always listens to me carefully and is ready to help. I love my new home which is clean and comfortable!

Hi! My review is for the apartment building on Archibald Street, managed by Ana Distasio. Ana was so helpful, kind and warm, available and pleasant at every phase of my three years there. The place was always clean, the snow always removed in a timely way, the yard well kept (including the dog yard, which always had free doggypoop bags). Any question or issue that came up was dealt with immediately. I could access laundry 24/7. Orval, the caretaker, as well as the custodian were always helpful and nice.Great time living there! Landlord is very friendly and accommodating moreover, we find it very easy to communicate. Dare- Resident Manager at 340 Assiniboine in Winnipeg is very quick to respond and communicate, always provide great service, making sure that the building is always clean and professional. When we move out in April 2023 everything went smoothly and quick. Their service is amazing. I hope they have a properties here in B.C as we would love to rent with them again. We are renting at Thorwin for half a year.So far, the experience is really good, rent is fair and maintenance is great.We have an amazing and very accessible building manager (Victoria).She always wants to help and will do everything in her power to help you resolve a problem, everything that need a fix will get an answer in matters of hours\days, and all with a big smile.

Had a great few years with Thorwin Properties. The management is very responsive and professional. The building was well-maintained. Victoria was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests. She always went above and beyond to help with any of my rental needs. Thank you!

I’ve been living in a Thorwin building for a year and a half and they have been a great property management company! They’re pet friendly which is great and the building is always clean and in good condition. My resident manager Victoria is very professional and answers all my questions and addresses my concerns very quickly! There hasn’t been an issue that I have had that hasn’t been addressed in a reasonable time. She’s often around the building and is happy to answer questions! Overall I have had a great experience with Thorwin so far!

As a landlord, Thorwin Properties treats all residents fairly and equally, and makes sure the residents are happy in all that they could. They really do good maintenance of all properties (interior and exterior) both new and character ones (with renovations). They always work to live up to their vision, mission and values.As an employer, they are excellent as I would rate them. They are continuously improving (as a landlord too). The senior management is very open-minded and supportive (special mention to Carol, Susan and to the owner, Kris). They take challenges as an opportunity to continually grow. The team members in all departments are really cool and awesome, just like the senior management.I have worked for Thorwin Properties for 2 years now and just 7 years in the property management industry. And I have rented with and worked for other property management in the past as well. By far, Thorwin Properties is the outstanding employer and landlord in the province.

I had an extremely good experience with Thorwin. When I wanted to take an apartment, I had a great time limitation and they facilitate all of the process with a flexible timing. I could experience a rough time, but Thorwin helped me to even enjoy the process. People here are understanding, helpful and very kind. The very primary step in any job, would be humanity. I've lived in a Thorwin building since last August. There has not been very many problems but any that come up are handled well. I also love that they are pet friendly. Our resident manager Victoria is great to work with, as is our property manager Darren. Most questions/messages are answered within 5 minutes (not an exaggeration). The one thing that does suck is the upcoming rent increase, but that is just inflation. There isn't anything comparable that is any cheaper so its really no worse than renting anywhere else.
