Had an issue with my Jaguar leaking coolant, I called the office a gentleman named Amir answered, unfortunately it was almost closing time - Amir told me to bring the vehicle in to ensure that it was safe to drive. Upon arrival, a mechanic and Andi not only inspected the vehicle but we’re also able to purchase the part, install, and have me out the door within 45 minutes. Amazing service, professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, very fast and accurate. Found the origin of the engine noise immediately. Drove in on a Saturday afternoon, made appointment for Monday morning and done by Monday afternoon. You cannot ask for better service than that. And the cost was fair. Will definately return for future car troubles.

Great mechanics, they got my 2009 Infiniti working fine despite all the rust and issues they faced while replacing the steering rack. They are very patient & they put in their effort to really inspect the car and fix the problems. For all the reviews that say they find problems and tell you to replace stuff: THAT IS WHAT A GOOD MECHANIC DOES.Appreciate you guys!

I had an excellent experience at Redline Autohaus. They were professional and efficient. No long waits.Saved me $1500 when quoted elsewhere to repair an apparent leak to my AC. They topped upmy Freon and put in a dye to see if there was a leak. When I returned a week later ... no leak and AC still blowing cold. So relieved and very satisfied. I would absolutely recommend.

First off they replaced a bunch of stuff that didn't need to be replaced. Changed every single light on my vehicle because they were dim" however they didn't change the 8 year old battery. Poor diagnosis plain and simple. Next I am driving and one of my wheels actually came off my vehicle while on the highway! All the wheel studs had snapped off! I got a tow to the nearest shop and the technician told me this was caused by the wheel not being installed properly and WAY over torquing the lug nuts. They actually bent the mounting surface of the rim tightening it down (see pictures). My vehicle is severely damaged now due to the negligence and stupidity of Redline Autohaus! Over $2000 in damages!"

I just tried Redline Autohaus for the first time and i will definitely return. Great professional friendly service and very reasonable pricing. I won't be returning to the dealer! (Tried them because of the google reviews)
