Just tried to call and pay for parking and was told we don't take payment by phone unless there is a problem with the meter. The meter takes credit cards

Received a warning ticket today (Sunday feb 19th) after a 1hour visit to forks with family. After finding almost all lot's full and seeing 4 cars parked in fire lane by front door with no tickets (three of the cars were still there an hour later when I went back to my truck with no tickets on there windows) I found a stall in North lot from train caboose. I went to 4 different machines all saying they do not take change. A guy told me that 1" machine does take change somewhere on property but did not know where. irritated... but okay

They ticketed me by mistake, have been trying to contact them for a week, by phone (7 times) and email and all I got was voice messages. They never called me back or tried contacting me.

I contacted FNP by email late July. It has been 11\2 months with no resolution to my request after multiple emails. I asked for the manager's contact information and it was not provided.Negative experience and a waste of my time.

Outstanding customer service. Emailed them when I wasn't certain about parking in their lots outside the Human Rights Museum / The Forks area on a Saturday. I had ended up paying prior to be safe, but found out I didn't need to. They offered a full refund with receipt and an in person visit. Very friendly interaction via email and onsite in person.

Amazing customer service! I was issued a ticket due to a parking meter not working (it wouldn't take my bill).I explained to the customer service rep that this was the case and she voided my ticket! Amazing!!!

If I could give you 0 I would. Not only did you ruin santa pictures for us this past christmas by not having cash parking available at Portage place, but now the forks and the children's museum has become even more inaccessible due to the lack of cash payment for parking. Thank you for ruining mothers day for us and many other families. We were not the only ones who left frustrated and angry.
