Great outdoors store! Great name brand, quality outdoor gear. Tons of friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff there to help with questions and fitment for equipment. Prices can be cheaper than across the street at MEC, but they don't have quite the same selection. I had a very good experience here.

Some of the worst customer service from Scott. I was looking for rock climbing gear and every question I asked he made me feel stupid. Very unwelcoming store. Had to search around for a worker to even help me.

I saw hiking boots online so I went to buy them the next day. The salesman was not overly helpful and the cashier was kind of solemn but when the price was tagged higher than I had seen, the cashier sold me the boots at the price I had seen online the previous day!

Worst customer service ever ! I walked into the store and asked an associate whether they have hydration vests and he replied saying that they do not have any at the moment. Absolutely no problem with that. I politely explained that i need it on an urgent basis so can he please look into the system and find out whether any other atmosphere locations are currently carrying them. The dude didn't even bother checking and bluntly replied that it is sold out everywhere.Love the brand but this location just lost a customer for good.

We made a special trip down here to look at clothing for our upcoming vacation, and you would never know that anyone was working here. We had to find the girl with green hair to try some items on, and she didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. Not helpful, friendly, or kind at all. We did love some of the clothes, otherwise we would have walked right out. The brunette girl that checked us out was much more personable and friendlier, but otherwise we won't be back anytime soon because of this customer service experience. We work too hard for our money to be ignored by rude staff.
