My family has been coming here for decades. Starting with Dr Elkerton and now Dr Ross. Through me growing up, family changes and life changes, to graduations and retirements... They've taken care of all our teeth through it all! We've never been upsold on procedures or gimmicks. They've always provided the exact amount of care that we need. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

I had my cleaning done with Christina recently and I'm so pleased with her service. She is an amazing hygienist; I can say this with confidence because I had changed my dentist a couple of times previously for either being too rough or kept rushing my cleaning.She is thorough, gentle, and caring. She made sure I was comfortable during whole procedure and took time to explain and gave helpful tips to keep my oral health in the best shape as possible.I highly recommend Christina to anyone who is looking for a regular hygienist you can trust.

Excellent attention.Dr. Ross, He's assistant Mrs. Morgan and all He's staff were very warm and attentive with He's patients. The work that Dr Ross has done has left me very satisfied and happy. Prices are reasonable.He treated me very well and very Cain even though I arrived with him for an emergency.I definitely recommend him 100% and will continue to pay attention to him.

Have been going here for a few years now and they are very professional. I go in for a cleaning every 6 months and ask specifically for Christina as she is very gentle, quick and knowledgable about her work. Haven't had a bad experience yet hence why I will be returning to them with any work needing to be done. Good job Austin dental group!!!!!

I came here last winter to have my teeth cleaned and X-rayed. The dentist said the X-rays showed that my lower left, upper left, lower right and upper right teeth all had cavities that needed to be removed. I had a my left bottom cavity cleaned at the end of December. But the doctor didn't pay attention to whether my teeth were clenching properly. Because the doctor didn't correct the height of the new material properly, my tooth has been hurting ever since. All the pressure from top teeth are all going to the highest filled tooth.Since I don't trust their way of working on my teeth anymore. So I went to my old dentist's office and had my teeth straightened. Twice! But even the teeth are granted correctly the nerve in my lower left tooth still hurts unfailing now. And it’s really annoying. I feel they might hurt my dental nerve.BTW, my previous dentist looked at my X-ray and told me that I didn't have any cavities, just some bacteria, which can be cleaned out during tooth cleaning, no need to clean the cavities. :)My dental nerve may follow me forever due to their unprofessionalism.
