Holiday Inn Express Kingston West, an IHG Hotel
The room overall was nice and clean. I did have a few issues with the lighting and the fact that the shower got ice cold when someone ran the bathroom faucet. I’ve not experienced that in many years.The mattress seemed to hit a pressure point in my hip so I didn’t have the best sleep but other than that, it wasn’t bad.

Holiday Inn Express Kingston West, an IHG Hotel
This is a great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. And our dogs liked it too! I really love how Holiday Inn has abandoned the individual shampoos, etc. Their refillable toiletries are excellent quality and more sustainable! Breakfast was excellent too!

Holiday Inn Express Kingston West, an IHG Hotel
It’s a very nice pet friendly hotel! Room was clean and neat I enjoyed a lot when I spent my time with my pup here.The staffs were definitely friendly and understanding when my pup got too exited. The breakfast was good and free (or included). All the breakfast area staffs were so kind and always there to help and organize things.The location has big area for dogs do their thing. There was no fence but you can definitely take them for a good quality walk.Overall I love this hotel so much so I booked another night when we went back from our montreal trip.
