So far my experience of the staff and the program is excellent. It’s a fantastic facility. There is one thing that bothers me a great deal however. There seems to be a cringy trend here among the boys. Many do not wear shirts. There are some older (late teens, early twenties) that practice without anything covering up their sweaty bulging muscles - and clearly they enjoy showing themselves. It seems the young boys (approx 8, 9, 10, 11) are following suit and there is no one stopping them. I find it inappropriate and a little offensive. Even my 6 year old daughter and her 8 year old friend shared that they felt uncomfortable beside these boys. Maybe I’m just an old lady, but I still think they should make it a rule to be clothed wherever there are children around. If the older young men want to do their competitive practice later in the evening and strut around half naked after the children have gone home, go for it. Am I the only one who feels this way?

Pulsars was recommended to us by our neighbours. My child has almost completed her second session and I can tell she really enjoys her time here. The coaches she's had are enthusiastic, motivating and create a fun environment for the children. We will be signing her up again

This place is a joke! I had my kids signed up for an already expensive March break camp out of sheer desperation. I was told I need to pay a one time registration fee of $45 per child-(which is a complete cash grab, but in today’s society we just take it and agree to overpay on everything so I just paid it). I paid over $900 for one week of camp for 2 kids! I reached out again to sign up my kids for one week of summer camp and was told that I have to pay the fee again- I thought the person who answered the phone was new and maybe didn’t see my profile as I have already paid this fee. Instead I was told that the fee starts July to July of each year, so because I am signing them up for summer camp I have to pay the fee again-this is all after she confirmed this with her manager! Businesses like this pry on parents who work and need to put kids in camps. The fees for camps are well over $350 per week and on top of that to pay for a registration fee that you paid already is ludicrous. BTW the person who signed me up in March made no mention of this being a yearly fee from July to July. This place needs to get some management and not allow teenagers to do the dirty work of relaying messages. The girl who answered the phone made it very clear that this is management decision, they didn’t even have the audacity to call a paying client back and try to soften to blow. This “it is what it is” attitude and lack of customer service from businesses like this makes me sick. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

Both my sons attend Pulsars. Every coach they have had are excellent and committed. I have seen the philosophy of self improvement and patience influence all aspects of my son’s life, including his approach to school.

My daughter just completed a week of camp at Pulsars, and this was our first experience with this organization. She was nervous the first day since this was a new facility to her, but by the end of the week she was asking me to make sure she returned next summer. She said she had fun and learned a lot in her time in the gym, and one of the crafts she came home with was a simple but beautiful activity developed by the team. Big thanks to the entire Pulsars Team for giving her an awesome week!

Daughter goes here and loves it. Lots of seating for parents and clean. She just switched classes to Jose and just really enjoys coming here just for his instruction. By far best experience over the last 5 years hopping gymnastic clubs

Nice place but the teacher aren't really hands on assisting the smaller kids. It's just a bunch of kids running around with little direction. Very disappointed, as a person whose taken gymnastics as a young child I was expecting more. The teachers should be assisting the kids, not just telling them what to do. Also the walls around the viewing windows could seriously use a clean

Such positive environment at Pulsars for all athletes from recreational to competitive! It is the best I have seen across a lot of gym clubs. I have seen both my boys fall in love with this sport and that has a lot to do with the caring staff and coaches that have created a welcoming environment that challenges and encourages them.
