Short, older brunette cashier working Friday March 31st close saw me in line, sat down on the register bagging area, and continued chatting away with a customer. Self checkout was closed otherwise I would’ve went there. Been coming here years but this lady made me not want to visit again. Terrible worker. Customer started showing cashier her feet, not sure if they were related but very unprofessional for a chain.

Terrible and disappointed. I used to love shoppers until that big white lady with really short hair kept following me and watching me treating me like a criminal! I was trying to pay for my stuff at self checkout and was accusing me of stealing and watching every move I do and made me extremely uncomfortable. I would never steal I am against it as I work in retail too and know what it’s like. Never coming back here again, she should be fired!!

Carollane from the beauty section was awesome! I asked her for help with my skin and she recommended some great products. She was really knowledgeable about everything skin and the products they carry . Really great service and store has a huge selection. Thank you!

Called this pharmacy first thing this morning. I asked if she wanted me to forward the email of the prescription my veterinarian sent me. She said no just come in. I came in and she told me they dont accept email so my vet would have to fax them the prescription. Ok, so i go in. She then tells me she will call me if they have it and walks away to do something else. I ask over all the noise from across the pharmacy ok so yoy might not have it? She then tells me they have it but she will call when the precription is faxed over. Tells me NOT to wait but instead to wait for a phone call from home and she will call once the vet has sent it to them. 2.5 hours roll by. No call. I ask my vet if hes sent it. He said he did over two hours ago. So i call and they tell me my prescription is ready. These people are inna rush and dont care to explain ANYTHING properly. Or phone you when important medications are complete. But dont want you waiting for them as well. Will not be using this pharmacy again. Canada post in the same building is great. I use them all the time. But i will not be going back to this pharmacy. Nothing but attitude and short answers right from the first interaction to the third.

Went twice today. Prescriptions still not ready. Pharmacy assistant said pharmacist was in and would write prescription for one that had ended. Came back. Pharmacist was gone and another tech said it wasn’t done. Other prescriptions also not ready at second visit. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience but it will be the last.

This was my last time going with shoppers. Recently transfered everything over but needed to grab a prescription and decided to give it another go because you can't beat the shoppers hours. Tried to call however the phone lines were down so I decided to go in and wait for it to be filled. The pharmacy assistant or tech advised it will be about an hour wait. I needed them then so figured I'll just wait rather than coming back in an hour. As i sat there waiting it appeared the pharmacist showed no urgency talking to people she knew and was having longer conversations even though 5+ people were waiting in line. At one point she started chatting with someone in the aisle.After about 45 minutes I decided to ask about how much longer it would be and was told it will still be over another 30 minutes because they had to wait for pharmacist approval to fill. At that point I gave up and decided to just go and get filled elsewhere tomorrow.

This review is about the pharmacy. Horrible pharmacy!!! They always make you wait 30 mins sometimes 45 minutes. I think they do this so you walk around and buy stuff while you wait. Even when they are not busy they make you wait. They are not friendly either. Will not recommend! I will drive 30 mins to another pharmacy because other pharmacies are friendly and fill your prescription right away.

While the staff was very friendly at the pharmacy I cannot explain enough how frustrated I am with this business. I am from out of province and had to fill a prescription for my 11 month old daughters antibiotics and this was the closest place to the clinic. I assumed they filled it with the normal Oral suspension that kids are given but was unknownly given the more expensive compound stuff. Which ended up making my daughter violently throw up every time I tried to give it to her. I tried to call the pharmacy at minimum 8 times to get their help and could never get through. Pretty sure they hung up on me at one point as well. Ended up getting the help I needed from a different pharmacy, Kinniburgh Pharmasave despite them having closed at 5. They actually answered the phone when we called at 8pm and told us to come right in to fill the prescription the right way.Long story short. DO NOT use Shoppers, use Kinniburgh Pharmasave. Max and Jazz are amazing. Seriously. Worth the drive.

Never been so peeved in my life. Most people when deciding to purchase a body spray wish to smell it before buying it, let’s be honest some of those scents are rank. Which is exactly what me and my friend did, the body spray was unsealed and and sitting on the shelf no plastic preventing a consumer from opening it. Once we smelled the spray we decided against purchasing said product. An employee rudely told us that because we sprayed it we are forced to purchase???? Like excuse me there is no sign saying we can’t test I’ve never had anyone have a problem before if the spray wasn’t sealed. So now we both own the grossest body spray that we were forced to buy.Clean up your act Shoppers super unimpressed if your going to have policies like that have signage or seal your product.

Constant issues with the pharmacy team. Rude team members, inadequate at doing their job. Ex: they called to tell me a prescription was called in, and, do I want it filled? The answer is yes, I’ll be there tomorrow to pick it up. When I arrived 36 hours later, it’s not ready! They didn’t fill it. And then proceeded to tell me, I have to wait 20+ mins! And this is their error. They told my husband one time “45 minutes”, he waited 2.5 hours, in severe pain. This is just two personal examples. There’s plenty more. I’ve even heard other customers complaining “why does this keep happening”. We’re changing pharmacy’s. I have 2 stars, as the cosmetic team has always been helpful.
