Great service. The staff was very nice and treated me with kindness.They were organized and move the long lines along quickly.The employee counted my bottles correctly and with honesty..They were busy, but the manager came up to me to apologize for being busy. She Was very nice and friendly. It’s was nice for them to come up to us and care about how our service was at the depot. I would go back for the great customer service.

The lady I got was so slow rvery person who came in behind me and some new people were done and gone by the time I left. She kept going into the back to empty barely half full bins.I watched her take 3 of my bottles and put them in the person next to me bin and take 3 of theirs out. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off too cause her last numbers she entered weren't the amount of bottles she took.Was very rude and scanned me out then walked away without saying anything.They only had 1 of the automated counters running when I came in even though the line was out the door and then stopped using that one to have everyone hand count.

My friend recommended this bottle depot. It’s Very clean and organized! I made sure to keep my cans and bottles clean and not crushed so I can use the machine. It’s quick and easy and the staff are really friendly!

Best bottle depot I have been to staff is always supportive. Helps you move your bottle bags keeps you on a steady flow and never waiting to long even when it’s busy. The sorters are fast even when training and they never rip you off!! I always get well worth the amount of what I bring in sometimes it surprises me even!! The auto sorters are super nifty and well maintained. I come from out from Fort Saskatchewan just to bring all my bottles here!

I absolutely loved my bottle run today!! This is my first time visiting and I was blown away. It was unexpected but I felt like a kid on a field trip! People inside are so friendly and the place was so clean. Kash, the manager, was kind enough to give me a quick tour and patiently explained how the sorting process worked.I would never go anywhere else now from now on, I am official converted.Oh and did I mention their bottle display, that was pretty Cool! This place is not your typical bottle depot. It’s definitely worth a trip, heck bring your kids on your next bottle run. Maybe add in a bottle or two for their wall collection.I’m definitely bringing my kid here next time.

If you are the type of person who wants to spend your day waiting in line at a bottle depot, then you could give this place 5 stars. Fir me, I have better things to do. Worst wait times I've had at a bottle depot in years. Never going back. Facility is nice looking. New. Neat to watch. It has to be though, you need something to look at so you don't die of boredom. They should probably get a food truck on site and music bc it's more of a festival of people gathering.

Visited this bottle depot over the weekend and was absolutely disgusted by the experience. Although the staff who count the bottles & cans are extremely efficient, polite, friendly and accurate, the process of having them watched like hawks was extremely uncomfortable. We were horrified watching the staff run around doing multiple jobs, all while being watched by two men with their arms crossed. We fully anticipated the bottle depot to be extremely busy, as it was the weekend, however they are running extremely inefficiently. Count staff are running back and forth between counting customers items to adjust the auto-count machinery and bags that collect the auto-counted items. They are running back and forth assisting new customers coming in with multiple bags to ensure that the lines are fast and efficient, all while still helping other customers. The men standing and watching the staff should honestly be so ashamed of themselves - they are clearly the managers of this facility. While their staff are running ragged, they simply stand there in their clean clothes with looks of disgust on their faces and they couldn't even be bothered to help out with the machinery or customers. I hope people take this review to heart and find somewhere where staff are respected and valued before becoming patrons of this bottle depot. There is no excuse possible that this establishment could post that will encourage us to come back. Treat your employees better or watch them from a private room, away from the public eye.

I always thoroughly enjoy my time getting empty cans to pay for full oneshere, the service is always professional and rather quick! I also enjoy the occasions i get to chat with Baljeet, ahe always makes the experience great! I personally enjoy the arrangement of fancy and funky liquor bottles they have collected -- 10/10 highly recommend, but dont crush and rinse your cans / empties lol

Best depot in the city! The staff take care of you soon as you enter. They took a look at my bags and bottles and told me where to go. Thanks for the fast easy experience
