I am posting this 1-star review on behalf of our nanny, who was completely naive when going into this dealership to meet a family friend" named Roel Benedicto. She was subsequently sold a vehicle (2016 Civic Sedan Touring) by this individual that had previously been in an accident with damage reported to SGI alongside there being NO MUFFLER on the vehicle and yet was never actually told about any of these problems.You can see in the attached picture that the previous owner likely cut the muffler right off of the vehicle as an aftermarket piece before selling it back to the dealer.
