lakeshore st was shaved and paved by pioneer asphalt,the height of the road was raised over two inches and left driveways to turn into swimming pools. when contacted, they said they didn't care.Belanger construction confirmed that pioneer paving was in fact responsible for the deficiencies repairs, as did the greater city of Sudbury inspectors. Looks like they are just another grab and go company leaving it's customers feeling played after being payed.shame on you Pioneer Asphalt Sudbury ontario

Worked for them and they were very professional and fair. Great company.

19:30 Jan 6,21 snow plow operator performing work on the north side of the tracks in Naughton was remarkable poor in his composure and plowing. City overflow contractor Pioneer was working in our area when the driver went off the route (that has been common to the area for 3 years) to direct unnecessary snow into our area - private not municipal land. I approached kindly and asked if he was doing it differently, he was rude in his response and with attitude said, Call the city". I'll have to because this shouldn't be accept by our community or residents. After which I requested he radio dispatch so we can discuss this with leadership he declined and then proceeded to not even plow the full street when he left.The review stands until management can manage. Please

i worked here for 10 seasons and was treated like a dog the whole time,management is unprofessional and amatuer.they do pay for room and meals out of town but motel is always cheapest and dirty full of bugs. by the time you get off work there are no places toopen to eat and they simply dont care. overtime is over 110 hrs which is illegal but get away with it because union is run by pioneer.they asked me on a friday to work saturday which i declined only because i had told them previous monday im not working weekend cause of birthday, they did no tlike that i said no on the friday they asked so they gave me following week off...this is only the tip of the iceberg of how this company works, to get paid or get any type of year round work you have to be a close friend or family member,i worked 18 hrs alot of days without even a sandwich break,I RECOMMEND NOT WORKING HERE AS NEW MANAGERS AKA TIM HAS RUINED THIS ONCE A UPON TIME MONEY MAKING COMPANY TO HAVING HARD TIME KEEPING AND FINDING WORKERS!
