NUMBER ONE PEOPLE! 2 is not a winner and 3 nobody remembers!!! I have been looking for a hidden gem awesome car for 6 months now! I saw this beautiful limited edition SL 550 Mercedes posted on Autotrader and called immediately! Only 5 in North America with this paint and maxed out AMG options!!! I spoke to the owner Chris who is the perfect definition of what an owner of a dealership should be like. Respectful, courteous, professional, honest, and just a great overall human being. Let's be blunt here, most car dealerships in Toronto or anywhere are shady and corrupt big time! He answered all my questions and sent me the Carfax and some additional pictures within 5 minutes!!!! At that point I was already sold! I asked him if I could put a credit card deposit on the car and he said I do not have to, just come in tomorrow and he would hold it for me until then. Seriously? Most dealerships take your credit card information faster than you can say credit card!!!!! I went in the next day and he had the car beautifully detailed and all ready for me to see! We came to an agreement on price which was a great deal also! I asked Chris if he would fix some minor imperfections in the paint, one scratched rim and put on all new center caps on the rims for our agreed price. He said he would and even took notes! Within 4 days the car was ready for me to pick up! He texted me updates each day and even sent me pictures of my new beauty! I showed up there to complete the transaction and the car was pristine! Everything Chris and I agreed on he was going to do, he did!!!!!!!!! PERFECTION! They even put my license plates on with custom frames, pulled the car out onto the enclosed trailer for me, and made sure the car was fastened properly and everything!!!!!!!!!! WHO DOES ALL OF THIS??? WHO!!!?????? NO ONE!!!!! EXCEPT CHRIS FROM LEE'S SERVICE CENTRE AND FINE CARS!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM CHRIS!!! I saw my Mercedes on line during the winter months. Waited until the weather changed to inquire about the history. I had just sold my Corvette in the fall and was interested in this vhicle as it was the same year as my Vette and looked to be well taken care of as well as the number of kilometers being so low. Hugo was an exceptional salesman and answered all my questions as to the history and car-faxed me the details on the car. We decided to go to Thornhill and check it out. Hugo was welcoming and very professional when showing off the car. We went home, discussed the car and decided to buy it, also, trading in our 2016 Mercedes. Hugo went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with out purchase. We noticed a few scratches on the vehicle on one of the doors and decided to ceramic coat it to get them out. Hugo came back to tell us that the ceramic process could not so he suggested painting the door and the cost to the dealership. We added a decal to the trunk which they installed and Hugo surprised us by adding the Mercedes wheel caps to the after market rims that the previous owner had installed. Talk about going out of his way to make sure we were happy. Since the purchase on March 30/23, Hugo has emailed me about how we are enjoying the car, especially since we have had such a warm week, early!
