I've been going to see Dr.Ozimok since I was a child, my mother sees her as well. Never had any problems. Staff is extremely friendly. Rene is the best!! She has hand picked out my glasses years after years. I'll miss her and her style sense when she retires (which I hope is never)

Excellent clinic with friendly staff. Dr. Andy D'Ortenzio really cares about his patients and answers all questions you may have in a compassionate manner. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and help ensure that your experience is positive during each visit. I will be returning here for all my eye-care needs

Do not go to this place. I have been going to see Dr D'Ortenzio for roughly 34 years. His receptionists have always been the most unfriendliest women ever. You would think as time goes by they would grow on you, but I finally had it. I called to see when my appointment was and they told me it was the day before, I apologized and rescheduled. A couple days later I got a bill for a missed appointment. I tried explaining that I couldn't afford the bill so they told me I couldn't see the dr until my bill was paid. So I said ok cancel that appointment please. Oh before I forget to mention it, they told me they called to remind me of my first appointment and I said sorry no you didn't. So I get another bill in the mail, this time I called and said I'm not paying this bill as it was doubled. I told them I cancelled the last one. The receptionist just kept speaking over me telling me I didn't cancel. So she hung up on me everytime I tried calling to speak with them. This place is so unprofessional. Four generations have gone here and now it's going to stop. If you don't mind being called a liar then go here, but if you respect yourself don't bother going here. Dr Sam it was a nice run, but get rid of those nasty women.

Super friendly docs, and no pressure to buy glasses there. Be aware that they don't direct bill or check eligibility.

I have been going to this clinic since I was a kid. Both Dortenzio doctors are always so kind and helpful and they have the best selection of glasses!

I've been going to this place since I was 4 or 5 years old. Doctor D'Ortenzio has been super helpful throughout the years, and eye exams with him have always been thorough. He's a really friendly guy too and I've never felt nervous going to his office. Never been given a bad perscription, and my glasses have always been comfortable and lasted me a long time. 5 stars for the best and only eye doctor I've ever been to!

I've been going to Family Eye Care for a few years now. Every time I go, I am blown away by the level of care and professionalism that I see. Dr. Andy D'Ortenzio, and all of the staff, are superb at what they do. They are habitually kind and understanding. They handle my file and the services that I require meticulously and efficiently. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs the expertise of an awesome optometrist. Keep up the good friggin work people.
