Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon Centre, an IHG Hotel

Great size rooms with everything you need. We stayed in the king room with one child and had alot of room. I love the Dove bathroom products! Front desk staff is always smiling and friendly! Free breakfast has a great variety. Pool and hot tub are clean and nice for the family. Location is perfect and close to everything downtown

Great location and a very nice building. I did have some mechanical issues with my room and the hot tub while I was there but the staff were very accomodating and went above and beyond to make up for these issues. I found the willingness of not only the manager but the staff as well to make things right, a reason to stay again. Rooms were huge, very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Lots of towels, nice big bottles of shampoo and body wash, not the small things that run out after one use and really nice TVs as well. Breanne from the front desk not only tried to fix my original issue but found me a solution that worked and when I spoke to Colleen the manager the problem was rectified immediately. I didn't get the usual excuses for this or that, she owned the problem and made it right. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone else as well, cant give it anything less than a 10/10
