Great customer service

In October of 2020 I was involved in an accident with my septic truck.There was minor damage to the left rear spring assembly, little on the hose tray and major on tire plus rim. I decided to have the truck towed to Hino Gatineau as in the previous month of September new spring assemblys were installed on both rear sides by this company.It was determined that the center bolt broke on the spring assembly from this minor accident which should have not.Hino would not cover the cost of the bolt or labor which was warranted.Hino charged me the price of two new traction rings, rims and tires for used ones. The price of parts and labor was triple the amount from the previous month. I would never return or refer anybody to this company.
