we had an emergency septic issue that had to be pumped out. Jeff came in -24 degree weather and helped us figure out what was wrong with our septic and then pump out what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and sorted out our problem. Big shout out to him for all his help

This company has bailed me out twice with very little notice. I have used them for several pump outs. Recently had an issue with a blockage in the line between my house and tank. Its an older system and most people would have passed the buck on to someone else. Jeff stayed for hours until he got the job done. He is the kind of person who will trouble shoot and problem solve where most would give up.

They showed up in a thunderstorm with extreme rain and still pumped the tank. He also gave us advice on better maintaining the tank in the future. Payment was etransfer so super easy. Very kind and friendly. Decent rates. I will definitely use again and recommend them to others.

Dave came to clean out our septic tanks. He was a last minute referral but showed up and was professional and friendly even at 8:00 pm in the dark on a Friday night. Great guy, great service highly recommend. Jeff the owner was great at accommodating us and kept his word that his guy would show up. Big shout out to Judy & Steve at All Star sanitation for the recommendation. Nice to see businesses help each other out.

Showed up with a quote of over 1000 dollars to pumpand flush tank. This house is only 3 years old. Your truck was parked at less than 100 feet from the tank lid. Your driver was rude and you were misinformed. He said it would need three flushes. The company that performed the job said they don't flush in winter.

Jeff promptly and efficiently came to pump out the tank, and also went the extra mile by identifying and clearing what could have been a devastating clog avoiding a lot of damage and headache for me.
