Ultrasound Unit 6 , receptionists the one is very rude and bad behaviour,( the right side philpino who sitting she is nice )but the second one is very very rude, I request to the management to fire her because patient is already passing through from hard time and after that if the receptionist give bad response and not help then the patient day become more bad . I said good morning to that second staff she did not answer and then I asked mask she said finished but there was a box on the table near her .

I don’t usually leave reviews for health services, but I had to in this case to mention how great Fatema, the ultrasound technician, was throughout the various appointments I had with her. She made my visits and experiences enjoyable and was always reassuring and kind. She is a true gem of a person and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Once I had an ultrasound exam for my tummy. I was very much impressed with the ultrasonographer efficiency and the service of the stuffs in front desk. A really good experience for me.

Excellent service. The sonologist is highly knowledgeable and caring. Anybody can depend on her. I have an abdominal test, she did it with 100 percent accuracy. I wish them best of luck.

I had a Doppler Ultrasound performed here. It was a very good experience. I booked in a short time, and the Ultrasound was performed on time at the appointed day. It went smoothly and professionally.I would recommend East York Diagnostic Services to anyone.

Although everyone I encountered at this clinic was polite and professional, my doctor has been waiting for the results of my ultrasound for 8 business days. I have left 2 messages with the clinic and they haven't gotten back to me. The technician said results would take 3 to 4 days tops. Not impressed.

Very good and quick service. I like that, they have the washroom inside the ultrasound room which is great. The ultrasound technician FATEMA was very friendly and without giving any pain she did great job doing my trans V ultrasound several time. Location is good and always available parking is a plus point. Overall great service.
