Bad experience. Young barber that seemed rushed. He cut his finger midway and continued cutting my hair instead of stopping to put on a bandaid. As you can imagine that didn’t help the cut.If you want specifics: shave line was cut too high (and he didn’t ask before), work around ears not even. Towards the end I told him I wanted a very little bit off the front, and he then took way more than I showed with my finger. Not sure if he was rushed because of his cut bleeding or misunderstood, but regardless not an experience I want to have again.

Nice barber. Good service. But, when I was done with my cut it got a nice bit of gel and upon washing it out I could see my hair was super unevenly cut. Not happy with the finished product.

Fantastic barbershop! My husband had his first hair trim here after 9 month of covid restrictions. His stylist was professional, so cool and calm, and cut my hub’s hair exactly like how he likes it- short, tight, and sharp.The place is squeaky clean and walled with interesting memorabilia and photos.It was such a comfortable and satisfying experience - a walk-in with no reservation on a Sunday. I would highly recommend this place!

Worst experience and customer service. Went today and got a hair cut from criss the guy who never listened to what I explained and tried to tell him and keep doing his worst job after telling that he did a terrible job he never intended to apologize and he keep saying I have a barber shop in Mexico but clearly he hade zero knowledge of Vancouver’s customer service and standards not recommended at all costDate : November 2nd 2022 4pm

Extremely uneven haircut. The hair stylist when using the scissors on my hair didn't take any care and didn't measure with his fingers or a comb or anything. He literally started cutting away free hand at all different lengths. I have one side of my head thicker than the other, the right side head on top is at least 2 cm longer than the left. I could see the store wanted to get as many customers through the chairs as possible, rather than taking the time to make the customers happy .
