There are much better cobblers in Toronto, don't waste your time here. I tried to get the soles replaced on two different pairs of shoes. The owner provided about 3 or 4 different quotes ranging from 30 to 120 dollars and was convinced of each. He just kept muttering and changing his mind and giving me attitude. As this wasn't a complicated job I asked him to provide one reasonable quote and he refused. He ended up arguing with me and I ended up leaving frustrated and annoyed.I took them to another cobbler up town just north of Yonge and Eglinton (google good cobblers in toronto) and got both shoes resoled for about 20-30 bucks each. Significantly better service.

Absolutely wasting my time to go there. I had the same issue as mentioned by someone post previously. The owner promised to have my shoes fixed and ready to pick within a week and he did not make it. Ok, I gave him more then enough time (another 5 days) to fix my shoes. Again, he still did not do it at all. He claimed himself having a 30 years of experience repairing shoes but he has zero experience at all to serve his customers.He said he will only give discount if he missed the delivery date the third time. Such a joke .. why would a customer come back to you if you continue to miss your promised delivery dates! So stupid ...!I will give negative five stars if I can.

Should have paid attention to the reviews.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. paid $150 to get my heels fixed. One of the heel broke within 10 mins of wearing it in an office setting. Owner wouldn’t repair it. Unacceptable that a shoe that is fixed and breaks after one-time wear will not be fixed! Why would I pay again to have the same guy fix it when he is so clearly incompetent.Other shoes took weeks to fix even though he gave me a date and I would show up - he still didn’t fix it. I had already paid in advance, which I suppose was why he didn’t care.

I bought a pair of coach boots and after only wearing them a few times the heels began wearing out. Brought them here and he took the time to repair them and put a better quality heel with a thicker sole on them. Also brought in my Michael Kors purse to fix the handles which began to break down after some wear and tear, also had a damaged zipper. Gerry did a great job of putting reinforcements on both areas. My purse is even stronger now! Very reasonable rates, takes about a week for repairs to be done.

Would give zero stars if I could.The absolute worst place to fix your shoes. He charged me $100 to fix the heel and sole of my shoe and then it broke one week later. He claims it was my fault.Additionally, he makes up prices - he charged me $100, and when I went to ask him to fix my shoe again, he says he only charged me $50. My receipt clearly states $100!Save yourself the time and money. Do not go here!!

Fixed my belt. I visited it Wednesday at 6:50. Was made immediately. 1 whole for 1 dollar.

I brought some old boots that had begun to leak to have the soles repaired. The man running the shop was an older Chinese man who didn't really speak English all that well, so it was really difficult to understand what he was planning on doing to the shoe. Fortunately, I did recognize the word salt"

Got shoes that were too small at the toes and went in to get them stretched. The guy was great he kept them for three days and it cost 9$, when I tried them on I said they were still a bit tight so he kept them another three days and stretched them again at no extra charge. They fit great now.

TERRIBLE WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This guy wrecked my boots, refused to fix them and refused to give me my money back. He stitched them up too tight so I can no longer get my feet in - this should be a simple fix for someone who does this for a living. He began yelling at me in front of other customers in there, who tried to come to my defense and told him how disgusting it was to watch him treat me like that after he obviously screwed up my boots!! While insisting he give me my money back, he kept sticking his fingers in his ears and wiggling them around like a child!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL REGRET IT

Worst place ever! He's a scammer so be careful. He told me to come on a specific day to pick up my boots and when I did, it wasn't even ready!! Why would you tell someone to come then?! And the worst part of all, he promised me a discount and when I came the following week, he said no discount because the boots are now finally ready and he'll only give discounts if it's not ready on the THIRD time. I tried to teach him that's not how you run a business but he didn't understand and said it was my fault (no idea why). I really hope this place goes bankrupt and out of business so that he can't scam other Canadians! I'm writing to global news so that this becomes public. We need honest people and this man is NOT honest. I've never written reviews before until now! This man is a scammer!
