Our group of five friends rented bikes for a week long cycling trip on Route Verte. We are experienced cyclists. We have planned a week long trip every June for over 20 years.We were most impressed with the service and patience of the young man who helped us get fitted with our bikes. The price for the weeklong rental was very reasonable.The bikes were, however, a disappointment. They could not have had a tuning up before renting them to us. We could not shift gears properly and two bikes could eventually not shift at all. The tires were bald on all but one bike. One bike seat could not stay up and was eventually unrideable.Shame on you, Roy-O Bicycles for sending us out for a week on poorly maintained bikes. It was potentially dangerous and spoiled our enjoyment of a great trail.

Five of us recently did a bike trip on the Route Verte for 6 days. The people at the bike shop were very helpful and accommodating.Once on our trip a number of us had trouble with gears slipping and not shifting at all, chains were black with grease. We wondered when the bikes had last been tuned up. I wish the bikes had been prepared a little better for us. I'm not sure if they are not used to renting bikes for longer trips.I would rent from them again as they were helpful and prices were good.

I have always been happy with their service but apparently the pandemic has affected their service incredibly. For your bike repairs and adjustments is great. Retail with an associate is not ideal as for now.

A very busy unpretentious little shop, fully bilingual. We visited Quebec from Ontario and were very pleased to find a shop that actually stocked a good selection of Brooks and Ortlieb product. I bought a saddle and a seat bag, my wife bought a saddle which was not in stock, but which was mailed to us in a reasonably short period of time. The place to go for premium product.This shop is staffed fast moving hard working bike people"

Very customer focused bike shop!I spent about an hour in the shop with Julian (owner) he fixed me up with a really cool bike frameSpecialize in custom building new bikes to meet avid bikersIf you require any maintenance they have a 1-2 week backlog so get your bikes in ASAP!They occasionally have used bikes for sale as well!

I went in hoping that they could fix a bent hanger on the new bike I had brought to Quebec. They were too busy to have it done that day, which was a big ask but we were leaving the following morning. Nonetheless, Xavier showed me that the hanger wasn’t bent and explained how to micro-adjust the electronic shifting so I could fix it myself. Wicked nice guys in a great city shop. Merci Xavier!

I have a Koga and they service it every year. It's the very best bicycle shop in town run by bicycle people and owned by a bicycle guy. Great staff and yes .. vibe!
