Lowest rating I could give.Dropped off my elderly mother's complete collection of Royal Albert Old County Rose china in June on her behalf, they sold it and she received a cheque for under $200. Which is not anywhere near what she was led to believe she would have been selling it for. Would have kept it if that was the case.There are still other items that have not been accounted for. We have no idea if they have been sold or lost.My mother and myself have called several times and left messages. I have sent emails with no response.I feel they have taken total advantage of her knowing I am out of province.Great way to conduct business and treat seniors.Should be ashamed.I as well was not given any contract or form and I did asked about this when I dropped off her items. Same as a previous person's review.This review was up for literally 1minute and ....I got a response!!Really????????????????? WOW

Nice people, good with follow-through. I had an unusual mailing problem, not their fault, and they had to mail the package a second time, which they did at their cost. I would feel safe buying from them again.

Bought a reclining chair at the last auction and as usual received excellent service ....even help loading it on our truck. Thank you for your excellent photos with attention to detail. Always excited to see the next auction!

I was pleasantly surprised to find an item at auction that i've been hunting for years for! Couldn't wait to pick up however a nasty snowstorm impacted my plans. Thanks to them for holding until i could pick up.

I had posted a fairly negative review of my experience with this auction house. I had been unimpressed with the communication and forthrightness of the company. However, it seems that knee-jerk reviews are, more often than not, incorrect. I'll admit... I was hasty.Having finally gotten a hold of Krista, I was made aware of a family emergency which prevented them from contacting me sooner. No sooner had Krista confirmed it was me, that she asked me to return the full lot for a refund and proceeded to apologize, profusely, for the inconvenience and apparent lack of communication. I don't see how she could have handled it better.As this is my only experience with Touch of Class, I'll reserve further judgement for another auction. In the meantime, my case was handled exactly as it should have been.I look forward to further dealings with Krista and her staff.

Poor communication until there was no communication.Had I read reviews first I wouldn't have wasted my time.Rather than doing their jobs, I suspect this review will receive a response explaining just how wrong I am.Part 2:As predicted I got a message of confusion" from this company about 10 min after I posted my review. Had you replied to any one of my 3 emails providing requested pictures of the items I wanted auctioned we wouldn't be here would we. A few days after the above mentioned emails

I took a 12 piece set of English Bone China to them. It includedtrays and serving bowls. Excellent condition. They soldeverything for $65.00. I am heartbroken about it. There is a capthat the owner can set when giving them an item to sell. I wasnot told that. I was rushed in and out when I dropped of my items.I was asked to sign a blank form and that the would take it from there.I can't believe I was not more careful and that I did not check their reviews. Their reputation is no longer what it use to be. Many reviews are negative. I did not do my homework and I regret it.Do not use their service.
