Not a big fan af using tow services. I don't think many people are. However, Clarence our operator was fantastic! On time, professional and offered up some helpful advice. He turned what is usually a negative situation into a less painful experience. Great work. I'd recommend you guys anyday of the week!

Grateful for helping us out in a jam at 4am! Called a few different 24 hour places just to get rejected because it’s, well… 4am… called Harold’s and the dispatch lady was extremely friendly and helpful! Got a driver out in 15 minutes, and turned out the vehicle ended up unlocking as soon as they got here. Either way, thank you!

I called Harold's, extremely distraught because my husband was run off the road today. They answered all the questions for a from very uninformed individual who has never had the need to use this kind of service before. Patient, helpful and gave me all the information I needed. They dispatched their servicemen and women immediately. Although they never made it to the scene, they never charged me for the call, putting value of the customer first. They were ok to deal with. They knew what they were doing. My only complaint was the front reception was quite cold, in the sense that they weren't looking to be friendly or have any conversation. I guess it comes with time in the industry, but I would suggest they try really hard to remember that the customers they're dealing with may have went through something tramautic, as their vehicles are smashed and in your tow yard.
